Identifikasi Sikap Kepatuhan Pengobatan Pada


ODHA di poli UPIPI RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya

HIV telah menjadi masalah utama di dunia kesehatan masyarakat. World


health organization (WHO) menyatakan bahwa 1,2 juta meninggal, 36,9 juta
orang hidup dengan virus ini. Pada tahun 2014 ada 2 juta orang baru terinfeksi
virus ini (WHO, 2015). Dalam penanggulangan HIV/AIDS untuk pengobatan
penderita, dimana hampir disemua Negara didunia mengalami masalah yang sama
yaitu tentang kepatuhan minum obat penderita untuk mengkonsumsi ARV
(WHO,Progres report, 2016).
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sikap
kepatuhan pengobatan Pada ODHA di Poli UPIPI RSUD Dr.Soetomo.
Desain penelitian yaitu jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan
pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pasien ODHA di Poli
UPIPI RSUD Dr.Soetomo sebanyak 1000 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian diambil
secara snow ball sampling sebanyak 277 responden. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan
di Poli UPIPI RSUD Dr.Soetomo Jln.Prof.Dr.Moestopo No.1-9 Surabaya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan sikap kepatuhan pada ODHA persentase
sikap positif 50,9% dan sikap negative sebesar 49,1% dengan total jumlah
responden sebanyak 277 orang. Sebagian besar penderita HIV yang berobat di
Poli UPIPI menjalani pengobatan dengan teratur,namun masih ada yang tidak
menjalani pengobatan dengan teratur. Seorang ODHA harus memperhatikan,
mentaati dan menjalani pengobatan dengan baik.Sehingga sikap kepatuhan harus
dibangkitkan agar terjadi kepatuhan dalam pengobatan di Poli UPIPI RSUD
Dr.Soetomo.

HIV has become a major problem in the world of public health. The World
Health Organization (WHO) states that 1.2 million died, 36.9 million people lived
with this virus. In 2014 there were 2 million new people infected with this virus
(WHO, 2015). In the prevention of HIV / AIDS for the treatment of sufferers,
where almost all countries in the world experience the same problem, namely
about the adherence to taking medication for patients to take ARVs (WHO,
Progress report, 2016).
The purpose of this study was to find out how the attitude of medication
adherence in PLWHA in UPIPI Police Hospital Dr. Soetomo Hospital.
Research design is a type of qualitative descriptive research with a quantitative
approach. The population of this study were 1000 people with PLHIV in UPIPI
Hospital Dr. Soetomo Hospital. The sample in the study was taken by snow ball
sampling as many as 277 respondents. This research will be conducted at UPIPI
Polytechnic Dr.Soetomo Hospital Jln. Prof.Dr.Moestopo No.1-9 Surabaya.
The results of the study showed that obedience attitudes towards PLWHA
percentage of positive attitudes were 50.9% and negative attitudes were 49.1%
with a total number of respondents as many as 277 people. The majority of HIV
sufferers who seek treatment at UPIPI Police undergo regular treatment, but there
are still those who do not undergo treatment regularly. An ODHA must pay
attention, obey and undergo treatment well. So that the attitude of adherence must
be raised so that there is adherence in treatment at the UPIPI Police Hospital Dr.
Soetomo Hospital.
