Ashley is always on time to class, almost never absent and even if she is, I know she takes care of her assignments and turn them in as soon as she is back to school. Ashley always completes her assignments with dedication and positive attitude, she excels in the classroom and she is the type of student that motivates other students to work hard. She has the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently. When an assignment is given in collaborative groups, she is capable of overviewing a project and assigns roles to her classmates according to their aptitudes. Ashley values and appreciates the opportunities to achieve her goals, when do so, she not only she seems to be more confident, but she also gains a good attitude to keep pursing for more. Despite Ashley busy schedule, she is also part of University of Southern California Neighborhood Academic Initiative (USC NAL), a rigorous, seven-year pre-college enrichment program designed to help low-income students prepare and go to college. She attends the NAI program during the week and also Saturdays. She is also an active participant of the Technology Academy. Ashley’s family is very important to her and she likes to spend time doing different activities with her family members.
