AESR Terms & Agreements

Section A: General Rules


1. Communities that register for AESR Membership must be willing to wait 24 to 72 hours
to review the application for registration.
2. Any community that applies for the AESR Membership/Registration must follow all terms
set forth in this document.
3. Communities that sign up and do not request services can be deemed inactive and be
removed from the membership program if AESR Management deems it necessary.
4. AESR does not endorse a single community, and is not biased when it comes to service
distribution.
5. AESR services are a “first come, first serve” basis, and shall remain that way.
6. A community that registers with AESR must complete a “community inspection” if they
wish to become a verified community with AESR.
7. AESR has the reserved right to kick/ban any individual at any time within the AESR
Discord Server.

Section B: Community Registration/Membership


1. All information provided on AESR forms must be accurate and truthful. Anything besides
that will result in removal of membership/registration, as well as the halting of services
being provided.
2. A community can, and shall only be registered by an Owner. This excludes Admins,
Staff, Supervisors, High Ranks, etc.
3. After submitting the registration form, an Owner can assign an Admin/Co-Owner to talk
specifics and details with AESR Employees regarding services.
4. If a community wants to become a “verified community”, they must pass a community
inspection conducted by AESR Employees that are assigned to their specific community.

5. Communities that register for AESR Membership/Registration are agreeing that they will
not cause drama, sabotage other communities, act professionally, and remain active
within the AESR Discord. Additionally, communities are responsible for their members’
actions. This means that if a member acts up while under a community owners’ watch,
they will be held liable.

Section C: Verified Community Program Terms & Agreements


1. Any community attempting to become “verified” must pass a community inspection
conducted by a certified AESR Employee that specializes in that field.
2. In order to qualify for a community inspection, a community must be hosting roleplays
(patrols, shifts, rps, etc.) prior to the inspection being scheduled.
3. AESR inspects the following when conducting the inspection; turnouts to roleplays,
member activity, leadership and admin weaknesses and strengths, utility of AESR
Services if subscribed already, conduct of members, seriousness of roleplaying, etc.
4. At any point in time, the AESR Employee conducting the inspection can finish his/her
report. Some reports take hours, others take days. It all depends on the amount of
details that the employee must document.
5. Any community found participating in corruption, bribery, drama starting, harassment,
bullying, sexual harassment, etc. will be rejected immediately from the verified program.
6. Any verified community can be removed from that status by AESR Executive
Management at any point in time.

Section D: AESR Discord Server Conduct


1. With the privileges of being in the AESR Discord Server, all individuals must follow the
posted server rules, in addition to the rules stated here in the Terms and Agreements
document.
2. Being within the AESR Discord Server is a privilege, not a right. You can be
kicked/banned, muted, deafened, etc. at any point in time by AERS Employees if you
are not following the Terms and Agreements.
3. Any member of the AESR Discord Server must never spam the chats with images, large
character text paragraphs, videos, or any standard message.
4. Any member of the AESR Discord Server must never use the @everyone or tag without
permission from Executive Management members.
5. Any member of the AESR Discord Server must never participate in the bullying,
harassment, or sexual harassment of another person.
6. Any member of the AESR Discord Server must never participate in any behavior that
promotes or includes blackmailing or threatening personal well-being, safety, etc.
7. Any member of the AESR Discord Server may never post any pornographic images,
videos, links, or text within any chat.
8. Any member of the AESR Discord Server may never post images, videos, text, that
promotes the sale or use of illegal drugs.
9. There is to be no fighting, arguing, or excessive swearing within the channels of the
AESR Discord Server.
10. Any violation of the AESR Discord Server Guidelines will result in the removal or ban of
a person, no exceptions.

Section E: Services of AESR


1. AESR is a company that assists roleplay communities with leadership, providing tools,
advise, and promotion.
2. Any exploitation of AESR will result in all cancellation of services.
3. Any competition, attempted theft of employees, theft of services, or theft of customers
will result in legal action.
4. AESR is required to provide services to communities as long as they are registered
within our records. No community that is unregistered will receive any services.
5. All services will vary based on the amount of time that it will take to complete the
preparation.
6. Any paid service will be documented and should be paid for through PayPal.
7. There will be no refunds under any circumstances.
8. A store credit can be given under special circumstances, but must be requested through
a formal petition.
9. Any payment that is not tracked through PayPal will result in the pending status of the
service. No services will be given without proper and full payment previously.
10. AESR does not accept checks or mailed cash.
11. After AESR receives payment, you will get an invoice that will be emailed to the email
address you have provided on your application for the community registration.
12. Any service must be tracked by submitting the Order Form under the #order-forms chat
in the Discord Server. All information on that MUST be current and truthful.
13. If for any reason a service does not work, or is not being fulfilled, please consult a
Support Team staff member or the Executive Management member.

Section F: Various Level Communities


1. If a member is looking to level their community up within the AESR, they must meet the
following requirements listed in the (#how-to-upgrade) channel within the AESR Discord
Server.
2. This is only available for Verified Communities.
3. When a community is a higher level, they will get faster service, a higher priority, and
early access to new services.
4. Community inspection must be passed in order to be eligible for this program.
