Background:Involusio uterine is normal diminution of an organ after organ fulfill

its function, such as the downsizing of the uterus after childbirth. Aim : To
determine the effect of Gymnastics Ruling to Involusio uterine in Regional
General Hospital Andi Makkasau Parepare on 2018. Methods: This study used
the Quasi-Experiment approach with Non-equivalent Control Group or non-
rondomized pretest-posttest control group design.The population of this study
were postpartum mothers who hospitalized in Regional General Hospital Andi
Makkasau Parepare on April 2018. The samples in this study were 40 respondents
who found during research in the period March to September using the sampling
technique by Accidental Sampling. Primary data collections were done through
data (Observation Sheet) and secondary data. The data were processed using the
Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) 20 and analyzed by univariate
and bivariate statistical test Chi-Square test and presented in the form of a
frequency distribution table. Results:There is a significant Effect of Gymnastics
Ruling to Involusio uterine in Regional General Hospital Andi Makkasau
Parepare on 2018 (ρ-value = .001 ˂0,05). Conclusion: There is Influence of
Gymnastics Ruling to Involusio uterine in Regional General Hospital Andi
Makkasau Parepare on 2018.
