Font Installation under Windows

For Installing fonts under Windows do the following:

If you have downloaded fonts as Zip file, then unzip the file first and extract to a folder.
Note: The instructions are same for both XP and Vista. The screen may look different

1. From Start Panel type Control fonts as shown and press enter:
For Windows XP click on Run.. from the Start Panel and then type "Control Fonts"

2. Click “Yes” on the ensuing security screen (XP may not display security screen)

3. This will open up the Fonts Window. Right click on the Fonts Screen and select Install New Fonts as
shown:
For XP, click on the menu File and select Install New font...
4. From the folder dialog, select the font you want to install As shown:

5. Ensure, “Copy fonts to Fonts folder is selected”. This will install the fonts you have selected.
