Fastest way to filter out machine that running with above ALARM limit.

Step 1 : Open AMS Suite Machinery Health Manager

Step 2 : Go to TOOLS > Document/Reporting > Exception Analysis > Last Measurement Deviation Report

Step 3 : Report Option > Equipment Set of Interest i.e. Specific Rout or Specific Area

Step 4 : Uncheck PRINT EXCEPTIONAL DATA ONLY

Step 5 : Check INCLUDE POINT DESCRIPTION

Step 6 : Refer to below picture – for interval period may put at least 1 month back.

Step 7 : Once done proceed with OK

Step 8 : Vibration readings will be tabulated and showed as picture below.

Step 9 : Go to SAVE and save the file to any folder.

Step 10 : Once the file already SAVED with TXT format, re-open that TXT file from EXCEL (see picture
below and continue the next step follow as shown in the next following pictures)

Step 11 : Select DELIMITED and press Next

Step 12 : Select DELIMITERS – TAB, SEMICOLON, COMMA, SPACE, OTHER

Step 13 : Select column that has PEAKVUE and enable FILTER function before that make copy of that
worksheet and rename it to like picture below i.e. NC3 II Peakvue worksheet.

Step 14 : Once done filter out the PEAKVUE value, go to HOME tab and choose CONDITIONAL
FORMATTING and select function GREATER THAN.

Step 15 : Enter the maximum Alarm Limit value like picture below to auto-color which machine that has
vibration higher than Alarm limit.

Repeat same step for PEAKVUE for conditional formatting.

Step 16 : Once done scroll down to find which point got high vibration.
