No apologies were accepted.
2.0 Minutes of Last Meeting
As this was the first meeting, therefore there is no minutes
of last meeting.
3.0 Matters Discussed
3.1 The purpose of Charity Auction 2014 was discussed
– To raise funds to provide educational facilities in SMK
Sungai Momon.
3.2 The educational facilities provided were discussed.
3.3 The targeted donation discussed is RM1.2 million.

3.4 The date and length of the live auction were decided.
3.5 The finance manager was asked to produce a financial
plan and look for potential corporate and community
sponsors.
3.6 The event manager was asked to produce a budget plan
and look for a venue to hold the charity auction. Stennia Miga
3.7 The publicity manager was asked to collaborate with the

event manager in planning the charity auction.

There were no matters arising.

It was agreed that the next meeting would be held in
Meeting Room 4 on 22 April, Tuesday at 12.00 p.m.
