would like to request the data broken down into four time periods: Station Opening to 9:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and lastly, 7 p.m. to closing; request to have the 
data exported into a CSV readable format

Metropoitan Police Department, Vriginia State Police, Metro Transit Police, and all other relevant police agencies, concerning the transportation of Unite the Right organizers & rally 
goers on the date of the August 12, 2018, rally in Washington D.C. The searches should be limited to the period between July 1, 2018 & August 5, 2018. 

18‐0185 8/8/2018 The Washington Post Request any and all documents pertaining to the hours billed, legal fees or other costs incurred by WMATA and WMATA’s legal counsel for litigation to defend WMATA’s advertising 

policy that prohibits political or issue‐oriented ads in the mass transit system; this litigation should include not only publicly reported lawsuits, such as those involving the American 
Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), carafem, and author Milo Yiannopoulos, but any other lawsuits concerning the advertising policy that 
may not have received media attention; Any and all documents pertaining to WMATA’s total costs for lawsuits, including legal fees, judgments and settlement payments, for calendar 
year 2017 and year‐to‐date 2018; any and all documents that WMATA deemed responsive to PARP request No. 17‐0145. This request asked for WMATA’s lawsuit costs for 2014, 2015 
and 2016. WMATA’s records (cf. PARP Log 2017 obtained through PARP 18‐0007)show that this request was previously fulfilled, so I ask that you please forward any responsive 
documents from this specific request (PARP 17‐0145) immediately.
