HIGHLIGHT REGULATORY REQUIREMENT OF MENTIONING REFERENCE DOCUMENT BY CERTIFYING STAFF FOR INVESTIGATION AND RECTIFICATION OF SNAG. REFERENCE, : PIB RECOMMENDATION Background : During recently concluded PIB meeting, it was observed that Maintenance Manual references are not mentioned in NRC raised for snag rectification by certifying staff.
