CIRCULAR NUMBER 07 of 2015 (General) Date: 18% Sep, 2015 ATA : NONE STATUS, : INFORMATORY EFFECTIVITY : FORTHWITH APPLICABILITY ALL ALLIANCE AIR AIRCRAFT SUBJECT : FILLING OF MAINTAINENACE DATA IN SCHEDULES PURPOSE, : TOHIGHLIGHT IRREGULATORY OBSERVED BY DGCA IN FILLING UP OF MAINTENANCE DATA IN VARIOUS SCHEDULES BY CERTIFYING STAFF. REFERENCE, : ARC REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS Background: During recently concluded ARC review of documents by DGCA, it was observed that in Completed Maintenance Schedules there is either overwriting or correction at several places especially in “Hours & Cycle” data filled by the certifying staff. DGCA has viewed it very seriously and to check this irregularity has directed to take stern action against the erring Certifying staff. Action Plan: Ail certifying staff are advised to strictly adhere to the following:- 1) All certifying staff to ensure that there shall be no overwriting/correetion in the maintenance schedule. 2) CAMO, AASL shall provide daily a/c statement containing latest FH/FC/APU His. of Alliance Air fleet to AIESL through e-mail. NRC raised should contain the FH/FC/APU His data as applicable. 3) All certifying staff to ensure that before filling the “Hours & Cycle” data in schedules same shall be cross checked with the a/c statement provided and if any discrepancy is observed, the same shall be brought to the notice of CAMO, AASL.
