Diamond Blade Specifications, Application and Usage.

DTA Continuous, Segmented and Turbo Diamond Blades

DTA Continuous, Segmented and Turbo rim blades are manufactured using a process known as cold press sintering.
The diamonds and bond mixture are pressed onto the steel core of the blade by a pressing machine, before being heated
to 900˚C in a furnace. The heating ensures strong bonding of the diamond powder to the steel core and no welding of any
kind is used in the process.

DTA Laser Welded Diamond Blades

DTA Laser Welded blades are manufactured using a process where the blade segments are made from hot pressing. The
diamond and bond material are bonded together in a press at 900o, making the segment more durable and of higher
quality than a cold pressed segment. Finally, each segment is laser welded to the steel blade core, producing the strongest
segment to core connection of all diamond blades. In addition, they are also the safest to use.
