Report on modernization of offices

In order to prepare this report. I conducted a survey in the company, asking the
employees their opinion about a change and thus having a feedback.
Suggested change for the offices.
In the surveys conducted, the staff was asked if they preferred to modernize
existing offices or prefer new offices in the same place, or near the center.
therefore, 46% of respondents preferred to replace existing offices with new
ones.
Office layout and lighting

In other questions, the opinion of the workers was considered about how they
would like the new design of the offices to be, so a little more than half prefer
the design of the open offices, followed by individual offices and individual
offices for heads and the rest open, with 20% and 15% respectively. It was also
obtained that all the work stations are carried out under natural light, and thus
save energy by the consumption of electricity
Recommendations
Conducting a census, in the office to know the opinion of all and thus be able
to have them happy is a very good idea, although you get good feedback with
the data that you get from this, so I would recommend doing more these types
of activities, since this will allow reaching more effective conclusions and
satisfying all those involved.
