Working as HSE Engineer at Abu Dhabi international airport project from Sep 2015

Job Responsibilities:
 Monitoring of all related activities within project site and conducting regular inspection and ensuring
the work being carried out is in line with approved Risk Assessment, Method statement and approved
Permit to Work System.
 Ensures Hot work permit is arranged and being followed by site operatives
 Perform, in a regular basis, Safety & Health inspections as part of company HSE policy and ensure
that all precautions are implemented
 Conducting safety walk through to monitor effectiveness of existing policy / procedures identify work
practice / condition that are potential harmful to employees and issue corrective measure a reasonably
practicable.
 Ensure that all incidents, accidents and near misses are reported immediately, and full technical
investigation is performed, actions identified assigned and completed.
 Take immediate corrective action in situations where imminent serious or major unsafe acts or
conditions exist.(right to stop the job)
 Compliance with all training activities, drills, safety programs, programmed in the HSE project Plan.
 Conducts safety induction training to new employees/workers and weekly toolbox talk training to all
workers to promote safety awareness
 Issue Implement Improvement/Prohibition notice to workers/foreman to improve safety performance
and to stop unsafe acts/conditions.

Job Responsibilities:
 Carry out regular HSE inspections reports in the factory
 Set high personal example of health and safety at all time
 Submit monthly HSE statistics and monthly reports
 Conduct safety inductions and regular toolbox talks training to employee
 Check all agreed standards and applicable regulations are observed

 Document all daily safety inspection of site equipment, tools and facilities
 Report to Safety Manager for immediate corrective action against any safety violation.

initiate corrective action.

I have worked in Dynea Pakistan Limited (Petrochemical) as a HEC Officer. Manufacturing Amino Plast
Molding Comp, Formaldehyde & UF Resins.

Job Responsibilities:
 To direct, control, initiate, plan coordinate and ensure Operations HSE Technical activities.
 Prepare and manages all Operations HSE KPI (including Process Safety KPI) for reporting
purposes.
 Provide corrective action plan when targets are not met.
 Set clear short and long term objectives for self and identifies milestones and targets, monitors
progress as per milestones.
 Identifies and eliminates areas of waste and inefficiency within work-area/department.
 Focuses on accuracy of the task, organizes and prioritizes tasks while monitoring the status of
routine tasks.

 To participate, or lead if necessary, in all HSE Studies review meetings (HAZID, HAZOP,
QRA, Hazards and Effect, FERA etc.) and provide necessary inputs to ensure HSE is not
compromised.
 To facilitate the provision of a safe and hygienic work environment for all company employees
and contracted employees.
 To develop HSE campaigns on different issues to ensure proper HSE Culture is disseminated to
all employees.
 To ensure Hazardous material are used and stored as per product manufacturer’s
recommendations and industry best practices.
 Liaise with Maintenance & Integrity department to ensure all HSE Critical Systems are
performing as per their set standards.
 Budgets & Cost Control:
 To participate in the development and follow-up of the HSE department Budget.
 To ensure that HSE operation procedures and method statements are in compliance with
Company HSE and Dynea Pakistan for safe operation of the fields. In particular, Safe System of
Work procedure, Task Risk.
 Assessment, HSE Reporting and actions tracking, HSE audit and inspection procedures, etc.
 Provide and enforce Site Protection related procedures in compliance with Dynea Pakistan and
Company procedures and ensure identified protection measures are implemented.
 Work according to established operational procedures and standards.

 Must use own initiative in taking process corrective action and in acting accordingly during
emergencies.
 Completed work is subject to spot-check by Manager.
 Guide, direct and advise subordinates to ensure they work to their best potential and contribute
effectively as a team.
 Work in line with HSE Policy, and ensures awareness and compliance of HSE rules and
regulations by subordinates.
 To organize HSE Sections Group meetings and provide necessary HSE advice to employees.
 Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous
improvement of Legal Department business unit’s systems, processes and practices taking into
account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and
