As we get older you begin to realize at some point you are not what you think. People
remember you different from what you may remember them by. The things you think you
must be and must do, relax. You can only walk so fast, type so fast, make dinner so fast.
Oh wait, not many folks seem to cook a solid meal daily, as that was something important
to have the entire family seated for dinner at 6pm. Somehow, everyday (up until I started
driving), I know there was never one day that we missed dinner. Back then we ate what
Mom cooked, there was no choices. OK. I take that back. The ‘choice’ was you could get
a woopin’ and choose not to eat. You learn to make time for what means most to you.
I think the advancements of technology has dwarfed us from being “humans” walking
the sidewalks. Saying hello as you pass by. Too many faces today are not smiling from the
inside. Everyone is on a mission to go here, get that, start this, start that, don’t finish one
before starting other stuff? Seems impossible.
You can think that if you leave the ’Rat-Race of the city life, things will be easier? Nope.
When you still got work to do, it wears on the mind sometimes when you work so much
that you haven’t been to the beach but once or twice? Being in a pretty place has it’s curb
appeal but what would you rather have? Not many people around where you live means
you drive further for everything you need. Food, gas, this, that.
I got several friends that I know have been living of the grid for over 20 years in Oregon.
They don’t have much, but they got what they need. They are happy being alone in the
woods. Not much different for those of us who feel we just existing day to day to pay the
bills. Dreaming of a better life, a better way to live. Easier? When? Where is that?

DOH-WALTON PARTNERS WITH TFAH
TO ADDRESS PUBLIC HEALTH NEEDS OF
OLDER FLORIDIANS
The Florida Department of Health in Walton County (DOH-Walton) is pleased to
announce its participation in the Florida Age-Friendly Public Health Collaborative and
Action Network, facilitated by Trust for America’s Health (TFAH) with generous funding
from The John A. Hartford Foundation. The department and TFAH aim to identify and
enhance the role of public health in improving the health and well-being of the older
adults in our community.
“Thanks to the breakthroughs of modern public health such as increase access to
healthcare and awareness of disease prevention, people are living longer,” stated Holly
Holt, Health Officer and Administrator of DOH-Walton. “Being part of the Florida
Age-Friendly Public Health Collaborative and Action Network will help DOH-Walton
identify needs of older adults in our community and work with partners to ensure
everyone has the opportunity to live a long, healthy life.”
The Walton Community Health Improvement Partnership (WCHIP) will also be assisting
DOH-Walton with incorporating age-friendly strategies and objectives into the
community health improvement plan.
In October 2017, TFAH brought together 30 experts in public health, aging, research and
policy in Florida to explore how public health could contribute to the health and
well-being of older adults.
Convening participants developed a Framework for Creating an Age-Friendly Public
Health System to advance public health’s role in addressing the challenges and
opportunities of an aging society at the local, state and national levels.
Through the Florida Age-Friendly Public Health Collaborative and Action Network, the
department will be working with the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and community
partners to identify priority health issues among our older adults. DOH-Walton will
receive tools, training resources, and technical assistance based on our unique needs.
TFAH will be sharing the results of this initiative with public health stakeholders and
policymakers across the country. This collaborative effort will help Florida meet the
unique public health needs of older adults

operative of globalist billionaire George Soros,

Respect
Somewhere along the way in my lifetime, we’ve lost respect
for positions, people, places, things, and even history. We are
offended so easily that we want to water down our past and
spend our time blaming others who don’t think the same way
as we do. The person who doesn’t agree with us is our
enemy and we’ll do anything necessary to destroy them.
“But have reverence for Christ in your hearts, and honor
him as Lord. Be ready at all times to answer anyone who
asks you to explain the hope you have in you but do it with
gentleness and respect. Keep your conscience clear, so that
when you are insulted, those who speak evil of your good
conduct as followers of Christ will become ashamed of what
they say”. (1 Peter 3:15-16)
We will never agree on everything and wouldn’t it be a
boring world if we did? The input of each independent child
of God is relevant and that is what makes our world work.
Stay firm in your beliefs and especially if those include
Godly purposes, but even then, make your point in a
respectful manner. Anger will never promote the agenda God
has given us to advocate. In fact, if you try to introduce anger
into your platform, the message will be diluted, and this is
exactly what the devil wants. The message is from God, but
the anger you feel is the devil trying to weaken the validity
by making the focal point anger.
Always respect God’s children, even the ones that don’t
know they are. Respect the President, all the way down to
the person cleaning a toilet.
You never know what God’s got in mind for that person.
Lastly, it’s never acceptable to talk down to anyone.
I assure you that our God is not proud of those who do.

Cops: $8,000 in koi, goldfish stolen
from nursery
The fish were discovered missing from Randy’s Perennials and
Water Gardens on Friday, Nov. 9, when early morning staff
arrived, owner David Waters The theft is believed to have taken
place between Nov. 8 and 9.
At least 80 fish were stolen, the most expensive of which were
two koi worth $1,000 each. Six other fish worth $300 apiece
were also taken. Waters and the store’s staff have photos of
many of the stolen fish and may be able to identify them by
unique physical markers, Waters said in a Facebook post.
Waters had noticed the area where the fish were kept looked
"disheveled" the previous Thursday, but he didn’t think much of
it at the time.
"We kind of chalked it up to raccoons," Waters said.
But when workers arrived Friday morning, they found whole
bins and aquariums emptied of the fish, which are used in
special ponds that can be a centerpiece of a landscaped yard or
garden. Waters is not sure what the thieves would want with the
fish, but believes it must have taken multiple people a
significant amount of time to capture and move dozens of fish
overnight.
Pastor warns about 'demonic roots' of yoga;

told his congregation that "yoga is diametrically opposed to
Christianity."
In a video of the sermon on YouTube, Lindell described the
roots of yoga and the poses as "demonic" and suggested yoga
meditation opens the mind to demonic influences.
"Every single body position has a

"Yoga positions were not designed by
your local fitness instructor. They were
designed, they were created, with demonic
intent to open you up to demonic power,
because Hinduism is demonic.
Every false religion is demonic," Lindell
told followers in the sermon. "We may
have a sanitized view of it in our Western
culture, but it is not pacifist. It is demonic.
It is idol worship." Lindell also called

followers about the spiritual dangers of

agreed with Lindell’s description of the

A mysterious asteroid called Oumuamua,
the first interstellar object ever seen in the
solar system, could be a gigantic alien solar
sail send to look for signs of life, a new
study has claimed.
Astronomers from the Harvard Smithsonian
Center for Astrophysics (CfA) analyzed the
strange cigar shape of the object, and an
unexpected boost in speed and shift in
trajectory as it passed through the inner solar
system last year.
They concluded that the strange asteroid
'might be a lightsail of artificial origin.'
The researchers say the strange acceleration
could the the result of solar radiation
pushing a giant solar sail.
They found a sail that was only a fraction of
a millimeter thick (0.3-0.9 mm) would be
sufficient for a sheet of solid material to
survive the journey through the entire
galaxy.
Lightsails with similar dimensions have
been designed and constructed by humans,
including the Japanese-designed IKAROS
project and the Starshot Initiative with
which he is involved.
A cigar-shaped asteroid named 'Oumuamua

telescope in Hawaii on 19 October, and was

It was the first interstellar object seen in the

However, it displays none of the classic
behaviour expected of comets, such as a
dusty, water-ice particle tail.
The asteroid is up to one-quarter mile (400
meters) long and highly-elongated - perhaps
10 times as long as it is wide. That aspect
ratio is greater than that of any asteroid or
asteroid observed in our solar system to

Salmonella Tied to Turkey Sickens 164 in 35 States
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the total number of illnesses
in a salmonella outbreak linked with raw turkey products now stands at 164 people across 35
states.
That's 74 more cases than at the last update on July 19, 2018, the agency said Thursday.
Sixty-three people have been hospitalized, and one death was reported in California. Illnesses
in the outbreak began between Nov. 20, 2017 and Oct. 20, 2018.
The outbreak strain of salmonella has been found in various raw turkey products, including
ground turkey, turkey patties, as well as in turkey pet food and live turkeys, indicating it might
be widespread in the turkey industry, the CDC said.A single, common supplier of raw turkey
products or of live turkeys has not been identified in connection with the outbreak.
The investigation is ongoing, the CDC said.
The agency said it is not advising consumers to avoid eating properly cooked turkey products,
or for retailers to stop selling raw turkey products.
The CDC reminded consumes to always handle raw turkey carefully and cook it thoroughly
(internal temperature of 165 degrees F) to prevent food poisoning.
Most people recover from salmonella infection within a week, but some illnesses can last
longer and be more severe.

Getting sick from eating food that has germs, viruses, or parasites is more common than
you might think. An estimated 48 million Americans, that's 1 out of every 6, come down
with food poisoningevery year. Most get better on their own without medical treatment.
You may have symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea within hours of eating. But
sometimes the symptoms can take days or more than a week to show up. That can make it
hard to know if it's food poisoning or something else. The delay also makes it tricky to
trace the illness back to the specific food or drink.
The same food can affect people differently. Some may feel unwell after just a few bites.
Others can eat a lot and have no reaction at all.
Food poisoning is both more common and riskier for people with weakened immune sys-
tems, infants and young children, pregnant women, and the elderly.
How Do You Get Sick?
Food poisoning can be caused by bacteria, viruses, or parasites. They can exist in foods at
any stage, such as when they're growing, packaged, shipped, stored, or cooked.
Certain foods are more likely to harbor harmful agents. These include raw eggs, unpas-
teurized milk and juice, soft cheeses, and raw or undercooked meat or seafood. Fresh pro-
duce is another risk. Foods made in bulk are problematic, too. A single bad egg could af-
fect the whole batch of omelets in a buffet. You could make trouble for yourself by not
washing the cutting board or your hands as you prepare different foods.
Your chances of getting food poisoning are higher in the summer. In 90-degree heat, food
can start to spoil within an hour. At a picnic or during a camping trip, you are more likely
to eat undercooked grilled meats or to handle raw meat without access to soap and water.
Bacteria can grow quickly inside tepid coolers. So if you're picnicking on a hot day, put

Trump won? How did this analyst come to that
conclusion?
While that night was not a complete win for Republicans, there was no blue
wave, either. By most measures, Republicans beat the odds of history and
nearly everyone’s expectations, while Democrats were left disappointed as the
fantasy of Beto O’Rourke, Andrew Gillum, Stacey Abrams and others winning
fizzled. Not one new progressive Democrat was successful bursting onto the
scene. It will take a few days to process the meaning of this year’s election re-
turns, but the instant analysis is clear: Democrats may have won the House, but
Trump won the election.
As I always say, in politics, what is supposed to happen tends to happen.
I predicted in August that the Democrats would take the House but that alone
was not enough for most Democrats. As much as this year’s midterms offered
an obvious opportunity to rebuke President Trump, little of what the arrogant
Democrats and members of the mainstream media expected would happen
actually did. So much of what they said turned out to be wrong that it will take
a while before the significance becomes clear. And if the 2018 midterms prove
anything, it is that Trump is standing strong while Democrats and their allies
who thought Trump would have been affirmatively rejected are in fact the ones
who have themselves been denied.
Democrats have underperformed in comparison with the historical markers and
general expectations of a midterm cycle. The president’s party loses 37 seats in
the House on average in midterm elections when his approval is below 50 per-
cent — but Democrats aren’t projected to pick up nearly that many seats. No
liberal will want to admit it, but Trump is an asset to the Republican Party,
while President Barack Obama was a disaster for the Democratic Party.
Let the message be clear: Voters had a chance to repudiate Trump and they did
not. Much of the commentariat has said this year’s elections are about who we
are as a country and what America is all about. Well, a lot of America seems to
be about supporting Trump. The Democrats thought Trump’s negatives would
be enough to propel them to victory. The 2018 results show it is clear they
need a different plan if they think they can win in 2020.
The midterms largely followed the conventional wisdom of how midterms are
supposed to go. The president’s party lost some seats, but by and large what
happened was far from the blue-wave rebuke that Democrats and their allies in
the media said was going to happen. So if the midterms were supposed to be
bad for the GOP and all eyes were on Trump this year, the big question is
whether anything about Tuesday night’s results supports the idea that Trump
was a weight on Republican candidates. Is Trumpism a political blight on the
Republican Party? The answer is that Trumpism is a net plus. What that says
about the GOP and America is unclear. But for the purposes of the 2018 mid-
terms, Trump is a winner.
Trump and his allies have an appeal that the elites in New York and Holly-
wood cannot dismiss or combat. All of the 2018 Democratic heartthrobs lost.
That must sap the enthusiasm of the resistance. For the most part, when voters
had to decide, the angry left was rejected and Trump was rewarded.

4 women wore banned hoodies inside mall to
‘prove a point' about racial profiling
Four women went to a mall east of Memphis, Tennessee, to challenge a policy that
went viral after an incident involving black men was captured on video.
The women said they came to the Wolfchase Galleria in Cordova with their hoodies
on because they wanted to prove a point about racial profiling.
At times, they said they even walked around with the hoodies on their heads.
This photo of the women wearing hoodies inside the mall went viral after they posted
it on Facebook.
"It just struck a chord on us that we could do that," said Sherry Ennis, one of the
women. "We could walk through there, we could take pictures, we could wear
whatever we wanted."
This came after they saw the viral video captured by
former journalist Kevin McKenzie. McKenzie said at
least four African-American men were escorted out of
the mall for violating the mall’s code of conduct.
Security guards could be heard saying in the video that
the men were being removed from the mall because they
were wearing hoodies.
The code of conduct policy for the mall states people
must wear appropriate clothing. It doesn’t specify what
type of clothing.
"There’s even apparel sold in there that a certain segment of society is not allowed to
wear," Ennis said. Ennis and her friends said they walked more than a mile at the mall
just to see what would happen if they wore hoodies.
This picture is even getting rapper Yo Gotti’s attention. He said, "These women
helped bring light to the double standard we face in our community and across
America."
"We pulled them up on occasion and we were approached very politely and asked to
remove them – that it was obscuring our identities, so we took them down," Ennis
said. McKenzie said he never saw the men in the video with their hoods over their
heads when the incident happened.
"We’re not against law enforcement, no rules at all, but if they’re enforced equally,
I’m up for that," said Ennis. "And we made a total point that it’s not enforced
equally."

‘He’s not that monster’: Parents of Chris Watts
speak out on murders of wife, daughters
Ronnie and Cindy Watts are frustrated.
The parents of Chris Watts, the Colorado man who pleaded guilty Nov. 6 to killing
his wife, Shanann Watts, and their daughters, Bella, 4, and 3-year-old Celeste, told
ABC7 in Denver that they are not convinced that the public knows the whole story
of what happened that August morning at their son and daughter-in-law’s Frederick
home.
Watts’ parents said in an interview from their North Carolina home that they were
not allowed to get all the answers in the case before their son entered his guilty
plea.
"I asked Chris, ‘If you did not do this, do not confess to something you didn’t
do,’" Cindy Watts told ABC7. "(His defense attorney) shut me down. She com-
pletely shut me down."
"If he didn’t kill the children, I want him to face that and let them prove it," Ronnie
Watts told the news station.Christopher Watts, left, of Frederick, Colorado, is
charged with three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of tampering with
physical evidence in connection with the Monday, Aug. 13, 2018, disappearance
and deaths of his wife, Shanann Watts, 34, and their daughters, 4-year-old Bella
Watts (top right) and 3 -year-old Celeste Watts (bottom right). Shanann Watts was
about 15 weeks pregnant when she died.
Chris Watts entered a guilty plea to nine charges last week: three counts of first-
degree murder, two counts of first-degree murder of a child under the age of 12 by
a person in a position of trust, one count of unlawful termination of pregnancy and
three counts of tampering with a deceased body.
Shanann Watts, 34, was about 15 weeks pregnant with a son they planned to name
Nico.
The Coloradoan in Fort Collins reported that Chris Watts held back tears as he
pleaded guilty, his voice wavering each of the nine times he uttered the word. Weld
County District Attorney Michael Rourke took the death penalty off the table -- at
the request of Shanann Watts’ family.
The minimum sentence on all five murder counts is life in prison without pa-
role, according to Watts’ signed guilty plea. Unlawful termination of a pregnancy
carries a sentence of 16 to 48 years in prison and up to $1 million in fines.
Tampering with a body carries a sentence of four to 12 years in prison and a fine of
up to $750,000, the document said.

A Brief History of Bloodstained Men
Bloodstained Men as an organization can trace its origin to the decision of late intactivist leader
Jonathon Conte to bring seven sets of white painters overalls marked with red crotches to the protest at
the October 2012 American Academy of Pediatrics convention protest in New Orleans. Though the
visually arresting bloodstained crotch protest concept was a 2010 creation of British intactivist Richard
Duncker, Conte’s deployment of the suit was the first example in the United States and was the spark
for our organization. Seven men boldly wore these suits outside the convention hall, causing quite a
sensation among the conference attendees and veteran demonstrators alike.
In an interview given that momentous weekend by our eventual founder Brother K, he declared to the
renowned intactivist videographer/photographer James Loewen that, “the bloodstain is the most
powerful symbol I have ever seen for a protest movement in modern day America. Its power derives
from its exact representation of the wound that lies under the clothing. We're revealing it to the world,
an intimate violation of another human being's body.”
After the AAP convention, Brother K returned home to California, convinced that his future protests
would be most effective and powerful in, what we called at the time, "a bloody suit." No stranger to
solo protest, on November 3, 2012, he prepared his own stained suit and headed out to a lone wolf
demonstration outside the annual convention of the Association of American Medical Colleges being
held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Brother K was now full steam ahead and knew that this

be. While we bear the mantle officially as the one and only nonprofit organization with the name
Bloodstained Men, we continue to stand in solidarity with and appreciation of those people of
goodwill anywhere in the world who choose to use bloodstained symbolism in their activism.
“It should have been gender-neutral because everyone has the right to protection under the law, but it
was passed so that it only protected one gender (female),” he said. “If the American medical establish-
ment were to adhere to their own standards of medical ethics they would not be performing infant
circumcision.”
The Bloodstained Men annually travels to 60 cities across the U.S. and Canada to raise awareness. The
group just came from protesting at the American Academy of Pediatrics Conference, held Nov. 2-6 in
Orlando.
The only female representative at Wednesday’s march, Tori Caswell said that she joined not only to
speak out against male infant circumcision but also to inform expecting mothers about the benefits of
intact boys.“I worked in the lactation field for 10 years doing breastfeeding support in the early weeks
and I saw it disrupting breastfeeding and bonding,” Caswell said of circumcision. “I’ve even spoken to
women who thought it had to be done, so the education is absolutely necessary.”
The American Academy of Pediatrics website states that, based on scientific evidence, “the health
benefits of newborn male circumcision outweigh the risks, but the benefits are not great enough to
recommend universal newborn circumcision.” Therefore, the website states, “the final decision should
still be left to parents to make in the context of their religious, ethical and cultural beliefs.”
