Courses carry three credits unless a different number is indicated in parenthese.

Course within a row transfer as equivalent across the system, with the following exceptions:
No systemwide articulation has taken place for Mathematics for Elementary Teachers.
The symbol `FS' indicates that some, but not necessarily all, courses in this row satisfy Manoa's symbolic reasoning requirement.
Courses that do not satisfy the symbolic reasoning requirement may not transfer to all other campuses. To obtain up-to-date
information on courses that satisfy this requirement visit http://www.hawaii.edu/ovcaa/academics/articulation.htm.
Some students are placed into the second semester of a calculus sequence because of their preparation. Symbolic Reasoning Credit
(FS) will be granted to them if they complete this course with a satisfactory grade.
The courses under Miscellaneous are unrelated.
The credits for all UH courses in this table transfer based on Excecutive Policy E5.209.
Math 135 or 104F completed with a C or better at one of the UH Campuses or Math 1130 completed with an A or B at HPU is
acceptable as the prerequisite for UHM's Math 140.
