EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

1.) Who We Are: We are students from NIT Jaipur. We are going to launch a product in the
market which is sugarcane cutter and peeler.

2.) Problem Statement: Most of the elder people as well as children have difficulty while
peeling and cutting of sugarcane. Mostly they avoid consuming of sugarcane whether they
want to consume it. Here we giving solution for such difficulty.

3.) Product Description: Here we have our product which contain two parts:
i) Male Part: Which also can be said as cutter part,
ii) Female Part: Which also can be said as peeling part
iii) Container Box: This box contains both the male and female part.

4.) Target Audience: Our primary market is elderly more than 40 years of age and children
also. But basically this product is for everyone as it doesn’t have any specific age group to
operate this.

a.) Peeling of sugarcane with ease.
b.) Cutting of sugarcane in single impact of male part.
c.) Multiple diametric sugarcanes can be dealt in the operation
d.) Eco-friendly
e.) Simple mechanism.
f.) No need of Electricity or only can be run on manpower.
2.) SCOPE:
Scope of this kind of product can be very much appreciated for elderly products. This
can be also noticed as a unique product for using sugarcane. Being a unique product
with provision of basic need to use sugarcane it can sustain in market seasonally(in
summers ) in Indian market. So, this product has a good chance to grow in competition
market.
3.) MARKET DEMAND:
At present, there is no such product completing such demands of user. So we can say
that we have user with willingness to pay for the product.
4.) CUSTOMER NEEDS:
A customer expects a product which is convenient to use, cheaper product with
maximum facilities. In this area of this product, customer wants satisfaction and ease of
operation and low cost. So, any type of inconvenience in the product from purchase to
disposal may led to the diminished market of our product in this competitive world.
All in one feature is very much appreciated and adoptable by the customers, where they
want different facilities and options in one product. We are going to do similar kind of
work.

conclusions and collecting data respectively.

8.) FINDINGS & CONCLUSIONS: After conducting different kind of surveys, we can conclude
that our product will be very much appreciated in the market, and consequently we will
achieve our annual sales goal.
