On 13/9, I bought a new oven at your shop in 68 Dien Bien Phu Street.

Unfortunately, Your product did not perform well as I expected because I could not use it for more than
2 minutes and sometimes I could not turn it on. I am disappointed because I asked for the best product
in your shop and you introduced that new oven to me. However, when I brought it home and used it for
the first time, it just only worked for the first two minutes and then automatically turned off. After that,
I tried to turn it on and off for a few times but it still did not work. This is something that I did not want
to see when I receive your product. It did not work for a month so I could not bake for cook food until
now.

To resolve this problem, I would appreciate if you can bring back to shop and repair it for me. Enclosed
are copies of my records.
