SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

This Special Power of Attorney is executed this __ of March, 2016 by Mr. Qais Aamir
S/o Muhammad Hussain, R/o House No.27-A Street No.2-B, Tajpuara Wassanpura,
Lahore , who is duly authorized to do the same, in favour of Khurram Shaja Butt S/o
Shajja Din Butt R/o House No. 27Street Afzal Caloni, Shad Bagh Tajpurra, Lahore.

Whereas the executant is owner in possession of House No 27 Afzal Colony Shad Bagh,
Tajpurra, Lahore. Therefore, the executant do hereby make, constitute and appoint Mr.
Khurram Shajja Butt S/o Shajja Din Butt as his Attorney in her person and on her behalf
to do the following acts:

1. To take possession of above said property, as I am now or may in any way

become entitled to and to bring any action or other proceeding in respect to or
for or concerning all or any such property, lands or tenements.

2. To sign in my name and as my act and deed, to execute verify and deliver any
plaint, written statement, contract, agreement, lease, assignment or
conveyance of and concerning the above said property, belonging, to or which
may hereafter belong to me or any part thereof and to receive and sign and
give to join the signing and giving any part thereof and receive and sign and
give or to join the signing and giving receipts or discharge for the moneys
arising for such matters, transfers.

3. To appear before any registering or local authority and/or LDA or any other
office and to present before him any instrument whether signed and executed
by me or by my said attorney to admit the execution of the said deed. To admit
the receipt of considering and to do any act, deed or thing that may be
necessary to complete the registration of the said deeds and, when it has or
they have been retuned to then or him after being duly registered, to give
proper receipt and discharge for the same. He shall also authorize to make
applications, petitions apply for approval, concession and/ or make any kind
of petition, request appeal, review on my behalf.

4. To appoint and remove in their or his absolute discretion any substitute or

agent my said attorney in respect in respect of all or any of the matters
aforesaid, upon such terms as they or he may think fit.

5. And generally to do, execute and perform all and every other act, matter and
thing whatsoever which is wise, necessary or expedient to be done in arising
as fully and effectually as if I was personally present to do the same.
AND I, the said Mr. Qais Aamir S/o Muhammad Mancha, agree to confirm and ratify
all and whatsoever my said attorney or any substitute or agent appointed by him
under the power in that behalf herein before contained shall lawfully do or cause to be
done.
