BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER

 ½ sdt soda kue + air putih  ½ Cup Tuna  90 gr Chicken Breast


 1 slice Whole wheat toast  1 Slice Toast  100gr green beans
DAY 1  2sdm Peanut butter  1 cup coffee  ½ banana
 1 cup coffee / tea  1 small Apple
 1 cup vanilla ice cream

BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER


 1 Egg  1 slice cheddar  2 pc Sausages
 1 slice Whole Wheat toast cheese  100gr broccolli
DAY 2  ½ banana  1 hard boiled egg  50gr carrots
 5 saltine crackers  ½ banana
 ½ cup vanilla ice cream

 5 saltine crackers  1 hard boiled egg  1 cup of tuna
DAY 3  1 slice cheddar cheese  1 Slice Whole wheat  ½ banana
 1 small apple toast  1 cup vanilla ice cream
