PHILIP T. TAN
City Mayor
Tangub City

Dear Mayor TAN:

On 27th day of March 2016, me and Mr. Ramises Nueva were having an overtime practice at Governor
Alfonso D Tan College in preparation for the upcoming Women’s Month Celebration. Unfortunately my
motorcycle (Yamaha Crypton R) was stolen by the unknown person which we found out after we have
done our practice at around 3:30 o’clock in the morning.

It is not my intention to blame somebody especially those who were Security Guards on duty that time
but the fact that I left my vehicle in front of the main entrance of the school along with the other
motorcycles which were owned by the Security Guards themselves namely; SG Banawan, SG Rios and
SG Elmidolan and of course with their presence all I thought that my unit is therefore safe and intact.
However as we proceed to the main entrance after our practice the guards on duty were asleep leaving
the entrance door closed that kept as hard for us to go out since doors were happened to be locked and
the guard’s motorcycles were transferred inside leaving my motorcycle outside. The thing that destructs
me the most was, if they only they approach me in order for me to transfer my motorcycle inside this
incident will not be permitted or even if they informed me that they’ll lock the door and they’ll sleep so I
could keep my vehicle in such a safer place.

In this regard, I would like to request your good office for thorough investigation of the matter since the
incident was happen within the school premises and with the presence of the three security guards
named above.

Hoping for your immediate action in this matter.

Respectfully yours,

GIOVANNI R. LOPEZ
