Topic simple past
Lesson Plan pass events
Learning style social or interpersonal
Strategies collaborative work role play

Objective: to propose learning strategies for a heterogeneous group of students, with different
rhythms and ways of capturing information to acquire knowledge about simple past for a Basic
learning level

The following lesson aims to develop a global management of learning styles with a strategy
according to the style as follows:

Learning Styles Learning strategy

The proposal as a learning strategy would

Visual
be through visual aids such as concept
maps, study materials, copies and slides
The proposal as a serious learning strategy
with music, listening to the teacher or a
Auditory
partner, would provide recordings with
theories.
The proposal as a learning strategy would
be to plan a class with a mimic to explain a
Kinesthetic certain topic allowing the interaction of the
students, encourage drawing, experiments
and exhibitions.
Development of the lesson

The teacher distributes some letters to each student, these letters have some images of places,
others with professions and other activities.

In this first part students with a visual learning style will better capture this ability

a second part of this activity every time a student listens to strengthen the grammar of the simple
past, this listening is special because it has rhythm and is listened to several times

In this part the students with the auditory learning style will better grasp this instruction

to finalize the lesson ask their students to create a story using simple past grammar using the use
of the images provided by the teacher, this form will talk about the events of the past with
imagined situations this work is by groups of 5 people and they worked in each group
collaboratively and assigning work roles

Planning to take into account for the different learning styles found in the classroom group
for the development of the lesson plan:

The resources that are at hand must be taken into account in order to be able to socialize with the
students "didactic material"

Once these resources are known, the lesson plan, methods and learning models should be
organized.

Experiential activities of these models should be carried out, that is, put into practice according to
what has been learned the neurolinguistic programming (Blander and Grinder), give concepts that
make people reflect and experiment (Kolb), develop activities in which different elements are used
and that they must use all the senses of the body in order that the students know what form of
learning is easier for them and develop their "multiple intelligences" (Gardner).
 Sequence of activities for different learning styles

Explanation
Sensitive and External and Senses through
Intuitive internal perception drawings with
information a lot of color.
