“THREE COLOURS”
STEP 2

Instructions for “RED” group

You have met the other groups from other cultures. This summer all of the groups
(including yours) will meet in the youth exchange called “European Citizenship”.

Now you have to think, what kind of activities your group would like to realize during
this youth exchange and:
- plan a draft 4 day programme.
- The structure and the content of the programme should reflect your culture
- Develop a set of arguments for other groups, so that your programme elements
will stay in the final programme. (Think about the behavior of other groups!)

IMPORTANT! While planning a programme do not forget to keep the behavior of your
culture!

In 25 minutes you will meet again with other groups. During this meeting you will
have to:
- choose 5 team members, who will be responsible for finalizing the programme of
the Youth exchange
- 5 team members will have to finalize the programme for your youth exchange in
20 minutes and the rest of you will observe.
