GENERAL NOTES:
1. The electrical works shall be done in accordance with the
provisions of the latest edition of the Philippine Electrical
Code, the laws and ordinances of the local enforcing
authority, and the rules and regulations of the local power
utility companies.
2. The entire electrical works shall be directly under the
supervision of a duly registered Electrical Engineer.
3. All materials to be used shall be of the approved type for its
purpose and location.
4. The power service to be supplied shall be 220 volts,
single-phase, two-wire, 60 hertz.
5. Unless otherwise specified in the plans, the minimum size of

lighting and control leads.

6. All electrical installations shall be concealed from view by
installing conductors inside conduits and receways.
7. All conduit runs embedded in concrete, above drop ceiling and
double wall partitions shall be EMT pipe or approved equal. All
conduit runs for feeder lines shall be EMT or approved equal.
8. All panel boards shall be dead front and installed in such a
way that the topmost circuit breaker shall be accessible to a
man of average height.
9. Adequate system of grounding shall be provided in accordance
with the provision of the Philippine Electrical Code.
10. Pull boxes, although not indicated in the plans shall be
