UNIVERSITY. Avabodha is a conclave on Human resources in the changing world. Digital era has
changed and HR managers are taking on a new role as the designers of innovative people. Hence
Avabodha, the HR conclave of CMS is mapping and rethinking about human resources in changing
world of today. The topics on which the discussion held were:
1. Is HR management function irrevelent today?
2.Deseperate times, Deseperate measures: Is it time to think beyond diversity and inclusion?
The speakers of conclave were in two panels, gave their valuable thoughts and shared their real
time experiences of them and made clear views on how human resources function made drastical
change with infusion of technology. The key take aways for participants was understanding the
landscope of HR and its future direction.
