Employee’s advantage
You’ll get a comprehensive health and accident coverage.
1. Critical Illness/ Early stage Critical Illness
 We have a list of 56 major illnesses and 11 early
stage critical illnesses. If the insured is diagnosed
of one of those 56 illnesses, he/she will receive a
sum of P250, 000 in full. If the insured is
diagnosed of the 11 critical illnesses he/she will
receive 25% of P250, 000. The critical illness
benefit is up to 75 years old.
Life insurance is up to 100 yrs old.
(SUN only has 11 illnesses covered only for HIB
and they don’t offer a lump sum benefit in case
the insured is diagnosed with an illness.)

 Should anything happen to the insured, the


beneficiary will receive P500,000 in lump sum.
 Should the insured become disabled he/she will
receive 3% of the A&H per month as monthly
pension up until the total A&H benefit is fully
exhausted. ( This also is not covered by other
insurance companies)
2. Hospitalization Income Benefit
 1000 per day HIB. Why 1000 ?
The focus of this is Income Continuation of the employee.
The company already gives HMO (via Maxi Care) to their
employees, the sole purpose of this is income
continuation.
 Your employees can avail our HIB benefit is up to
65 years old. (SUN LIFE up to 60 yrs old only)

Employers advantage
 WAIVER OF PREMIUM + If the insured will be
diagnosed of 1 of the critical illnesses the company
will no longer pay the remaining premium of the plan
it is automatically paid by PHILAM LIFE. All benefits
will be continued to be enjoyed by the insured.
 INVESTMENTS:
a. In such case that the stock market will have
it’s peak, the employer can withdraw for their
own enjoyment the investment, as long as not
all of it, the employee will still enjoy all the
benefits covered by the plan, the remaining
balance would be the ones used to generate
more income for the policy.
i. At age 60 of the insured at a
conservative rate of 10% the
investment will rise up to P 2,289,918.
b. If the employer wants to give this to the
employee as a reward, we can arrange that
too.
