The following tasks are assigned to below staffs.

Mr.Singaravelu

 Calculating the actual work done Quantities at site for all structures including Elevated
Transformer from Head works to till Kovilur. Finalising the till date MB recorded Qty by
TWAD Board. Afterwards summarising the missed MB Quantities to be recorded so
as to take up with concerned AE.
 Over all cement & Steel reconciliation for Natham CWSS.

Mr.Karuppusamy

 Finalising the actual laid PVC pipes and specials for the all pumping main / gravity
main in RWS Division ( unionwise & Panchayat wise). Then comparison statement
between revised BOQ Scope and Actual Qty inline with ECP.
 The same has to be presented to TWAD Board for verification and also to complete
the MB recording.
 Total Qty of Valve chambers till date constructed and to be constructed unionwise,
panchayat wise and pumping main with condition of valve chambers.
 This has to be presented to TWAD Board for field verification as well as for MB
recording.
 Also for WO scope allocation for subcontractors and planning the resource
requirement.
 Also furnish the report on present condition of constructed compound walls and
Subcontractor allocation for balance compound walls in RWS division.
 Further responsible for construction of balance valve chambers, Compound walls,
Punch list activities in RWS division except commissioning.

Mr.Suresh Kannan

 Finalising the debit note for the unfinished works / poor quality of construction by the
agencies who constructed the Sump, Pump house, Valve Chambers and Compound
walls at RWS Division.
 List of total valve chamber constructed subcontractor wise in RWS division.
 D-System, As laid sketches including Materials used (pipes & Specials) and balance
to be laid.
 The same has to be presented to TWAD board for completing the MB recording.
 Preparation of Punch list activities.
 Overall cement & Steel recon for RWS division.
