Most common problems encountered by the
patrol officers in conducting police parol.

There are too many problems our patrol officers had been facing up in
conducting their patrol duty such as the people they encounter, the things
that may be used in committing crimes, the place or area they had been
posting up and the situations that they should be handle and control in
order to maintain peace and order but, in general, the Prevention of Crime
is the most common problem our patrol officers had been facing up. It can't
easily be handled because crime can be done in an unexpected situation,
time and place. Even if our patrol officers creates the presence of
omnipresence in their posting areas, it is not enough to fully stop those
devil motives that drives a person to commit crimes especially in a crowded
places in which a criminal and those who would be criminals waits only for
an opportunity to commit crimes.

The involvement of some politicians and government officials makes it

more difficult to our law enforcers to prevent crimes. Sometimes those who
said to be the law maker and peace keeper were said to be the founder
and the protector of those criminals that gives them more confidence to
commit crimes.

Also the development of technology gives a major problem to our patrol

officers in preventing crimes. Nowadays technology is being use in
committing crimes, local and or even international use of it, because it can
be used for transactions in committing major crime cases, examples of
these are cyber crime cases, human trafficking, drug related crime and etc.
Checkpoints conducted by our patrol officers is not enough to prevent this
type of crimes, it needs more effort and professionalize
personnel/personnel's to handle this type of cases.
The lack of equipment’s and the unavailability of some personnel in
conducting patrol makes it more difficult to our patrol officers to achieve
their goals and objectives, and to prevent criminal activities. The type of
area they were posting up and the personality of every person they had
been encountered may also be a problem for them to attain their goals and
objectives in conducting their patrol duty. An insufficient knowledge of a
patrol officer to his/her task can also be a problem for them to attain their
objectives and goals. Also the inadequacy to oral communication of some
patrol officers will hinder them to accomplish their objectives. The
accomplishment of their activities depends upon the patrol officer itself, the
environment in where they are posting up and to their interaction within the
community.

Commission of a crime cannot be suppressed even in a full force effort

of our law enforcement agencies and their personnel. Crimes are in the
nature of our life and can't be removed by any laws. That's why the
Prevention of Crime is the most difficult problem our patrol officers had
been facing up.
