my son/ward to the University infrastructure and resources during the course of his stay in the
University, (3) I affirm that the Vice Chancellor can debar a student from appearing in the
University examination for lectures shortage, (4) that the Vice Chancellor is authorized to strike
a student’s name off the University Rolls as a punishment for the infringement of University
Rules and Discipline, (5) that if the document submitted by my son/ward for admission are
proved incorrect at any stage whatever or found to be fake or contain a mis-statement or error
which may affect his merit I will be held responsible and the University will have the authority
to cancel his admission and to undertake disciplinary action, against him.
