Preparation in the laboratory

Heat phases I and IV at 75°C  Disperse the Cosmedia SP (phase II) under stirring during 20 min in the phase I  Disperse phase III in phase I+II
just before the emulsion  When the 2 phases are homogenous, disperse phase IV in phase I+II+III under high stirring  Maintain stirring for 5-10
min  Then cool down under moderated stirring until 65-62°C  Then the emulsion becomes thicker (starting of gel phase, heterogeneous
aspect)  Cool down quickly to room temperature under moderate stirring  Around 45°C, the emulsion turns smooth and homogeneous  Add
phases V and VI at T°<40°C  Adjust pH at 7 with phase VII.
