CURRENT SITUATION IN THE MARKET
Current situation with BIM implementation in the industry is:

• Everyone is eager to jump and do this new exiting THING. Without properly measuring the risks,
resources and capability of the people involved in the process.

• All involved parties (Design/Build/Operate) are offering the client their own version of BIM creating a
huge re-work and eliminating collaboration which should otherwise be the key to success for BIM

• The Client and the Engineer not sharing their BIM and forcing the contractors to do a tremendous
rework in order to price and to better understand projects at an early stage
