3. Establishing a system of management

We will be managing our program and all of the inputs, outputs, and outcomes that go into it.

All three of us will contribute to managing, financing, directing and taking care of public affairs

4. Putting the plans into action

Overview: Going to St. Francis Commons, where the elderly can participate in aerobic exercise to
improve their cognitive health. We will educate the elders on what they learned, through quizzing,
which will include the preventative measures via group exercise.

We will first create a pilot test among a small group of seniors. We will get their feedback and then
move to Phasing in the program. Phasing in will allow us to test our program on a bigger audience to see
if it is more effective. Finally, we will implement the total program for the whole assisted living facility.

5. Ending or sustaining a program

Evaluating whether the program was effective or not, and then deciding whether it is effective
enough to continue. We will be surveying participants to see if they found that the program was
effective and worth continuing. If we were to sustain the program we would need more resources to
ensure the continuation of the program.
