ELECTROCARDIOGRAPH MACHINE (ECG) SPECIFICATION/ TERMS

&CONDITIONS
1.Scope of delivery

This contract is for supply of 2 Numbers Brand New portable ECG machine, basic unit with 3-
channel/6 channel or more. Resting ECG with 12 simultaneous leads, pacemaker detection,
measurement table of all 12 leads, average complexes, markings and interpretation statements.

Facility for transfer data to computer.

2.Standard accessories
-10 lead patient cable
-1 set of electrodes, consists of 4 extremity clamp electrodes, 6 chest electrodes and bulb
electrodes.
-1 jelly bottle
-power cable
-1 pack of recording paper
-user manual
-interpretation manual
-Warranty card

3.BRAND: Supplier should supply the ECG machine of any one of following Brand i.e.
1.SCHILLER, 2. BPL, 3. GE HEALTH CARE, 4.PHILIPS

4.The firm should install the instrument at Cordite Factory Hospital after conclusion of contract
and Cordite Factory Hospital staff should be trained/demonstration for ECG machine operation
(for one day).

5.Payment : Payment will be made after installation and commission of instrument at CFH, after
duly certified by CMO.

6.General
Power supply requirements: 220-240 V (normal), 50/60 Hz or 110-115V (nominal),
50/60 Hz or 90 - 264 V 47/63Hz or equivalent independent operation with built in-
chargeable battery ( Lithium Ion Battery or equivalent), LED indicator for mains and
battery, built-in charger unit.
Battery charging time:15 hrs. from a completely discharged battery, 3 hrs to 60%
Capacity or equivalent
Battery capacity: 2 hrs or more of normal use.
Leads: Standard/Cabrera.
Patient input circuitry: Fully floating and isolated, defibrillation protected.
Frequency range of digital recorder: 0 Hz to > 150 Hz (IEC/AHA) or equivalent.
Automatic measurement and interpretations of ECG Data.

ECG machine should have the any one facility stated below:

1.PC interface facility and optional PC interface software

2 External storage and retrieving facility through USB storage device.
3 Ethernet Port or Equivalent
4 Direct External PC Printer interface facility

ECG amplifier:
-Simultaneous, synchronous registration of all 9 active electrode signals (= 12 standard
leads)
-Control panel: Pad keys, or feather touch LED indicators

LED indicators:
-Lead group
-Mains connected
-Battery operation and battery low (indicator flashes)
-Paper tray empty or jammed
- Filter status (on/off)
- Loose electrodes

7.Safety standards ECG machine should match the necessary safety standard

Sensitivity : 5/10/20 mm/mV, either automatically adjusted or manually selected.
Chat paper: Thermoreactive, Z-folded or Roll 90mm/3.5 in wide, or Roll, 90 mm wide
