Downward Communication

The traditional perspectives of communication process in school have been overwhelmed

by up down communication. This is mainly characterized by the flow of information from the

top management to the juniors (Riggio, 2017). School pioneers, from the main office

notices, public address, school manuals, and school policy and strategy handbooks. (Lunenburg,
