solve the formula.
 Khawlah walks around each table to make sure the learners are working.
 She continuously encourages the students to participate and work individually.
 The students are motivated and interacting with Khawlah.
 Khawlah explains to students how to write the correct formula from the grouping
picture. Then she gives another worksheet to students to work on solving the
formula.
 Khawlah rewards the students with stickers and points in class dojo.
Areas for development:
Khawlah must set a long term goal of developing her English language skills. Luckily,
Khawlah is already very fluent and very comfortable communicating with her students
and her colleagues in English. Now, she must focus on making less grammatical errors
when she speaks.

Improve your voice, I couldn’t hear you from back.

Final comment:
Overall, Khawlah is comfortable in her role as a teacher. The timing of each activity was
given suitable and lesson objective met during the class period.

It was a real pleasure seeing you in class today 
