Description:
Militari Shopping Centre is 55.600 m² of big box retail − of
which 10.437 m² is already operational.

The centre consists of a number of retail warehouses,


ranging from 1000 m² to 10.000 m². The first tenant was
Praktiker (DIY), and then the household appliances retailer,
Domo, opened next door. Opposite Praktiker, you find the
large cash & carry center, Metro. In addition, there is space
for a large hypermarket (22.550 m²) and a strip mall in front
of it. More than 2.200 car park spaces guarantee a good
level of comfort for the customer.

Customer traffic and services traffic are separate to allow


high efficiency. Thanks to its central location along the highly
residential Boulevard Iuliu Maniu, public transport is

Sun Plaza, the first hypermarket-anchored shopping mall in Romania, developed by
EMCT ROMANIA, under the design of the Spanish architect Chapman Taylor is
Bucharest’s newest retail and entertainment destination. 
Built on 4 levels, totalizing more than 76,000 m² GLA, Sun Plaza will be an “All
inclusive” shopping center, an oasis for shopping and relaxation, with green areas
especially designed for lounge.
The mall will be anchored by a Cora hypermarket, a Baumax DIY store, a Mobexpert
furniture store and a multiplex, while also offering an exciting two level shopping and an
extensive choice of restaurants and leisure activities.
The commercial mix is carefully established to allow an optimal mix of shops, restaurants
and entertainment units.
