EPC 2403 Teaching Practicum 2a

Week 4 journal

Your feelings, beliefs, problems and questions

Last week in the Teaching Practicum, I felt sad because almost I used to start my morning with the
children, it was fun and hard week in one time, it was fun because I try to spend exciting time with
children in this few last days, and hard because I have to done with all tasks and take my evaluating
and feedback papers.
In this week we went to school trip it was to book international fair, this school trip was in the last
day, it was very hard trip, because the number of the students was big and the fair was very crowd so I
have to count the children every 10 min, so I felt responsibility.

What you have learnt throughout the week

in the last week, I want to say that I learned from this TP that I have know haw to deal with any
surprise evaluation or event, even any problem that I faced with the students, another teacher, or
parents, Also I improved my managing skill, I learned how to manage the children in the school trips,
in the classroom, and during the transition.
I think that this TP help me to develop my activity ideas and I learned how to make my activity more
challenges for the high level students.

School Experiences
In this week my MST teach me how can I divide the children into group depend on their levels, she
told me that in every group should include deferent levels children, to help each other and the high
level children are as the scaffolding for the low level children.
And this strategy help the teacher in the classroom, also the groups will be in the equal level, and
there is no group smart more than other.
