General myTNB Self Service Portal Users will fall into two main roles:
• Individual such as Home Owners, Developers, Consultants (Default)
or
• Electrical Contractors
• All Users default enrollment will be as an Individual.
• Contractors need to Enroll as Contractor by submitting valid ROC
number during registration.
• Contractors can toggle between both Individual and Contractor
profiles.
• This will allow Contractors to submit applications on behalf of the
customer (applicant).

• ROC Number
• Phone Number
• Contact Person Name
• Contact Person Email

3. Enter ‘House/Unit/
Lot No.’.
– If premise type is
‘Landed’, enter 2

proceed’ button.

Note: Date must be at least
30 days after application

‘Upload’ button to
attach scanned copy
of required
documents.

displayed at 'My SSP
Application Status'
table. Click ‘View’.
