General myTNB Self Service Portal Users will fall into two main roles:
• Individual such as Home Owners, Developers, Consultants (Default)
or
• Electrical Contractors
• All Users default enrollment will be as an Individual.
• Contractors need to Enroll as Contractor by submitting valid ROC
number during registration.
• Contractors can toggle between both Individual and Contractor
profiles.
• This will allow Contractors to submit applications on behalf of the
customer (applicant).
