However, keep in mind that if students are starting to lose their interest, focus and attention despite of repetitive using of the behavior ‘management strategy, it’s means either you modify the strategy or they're getting bored of the lesson (especially you spent a long time for the discussion) - L appreciate that you know your students by their names. - You have given emphasis on the reward-negative reinforcement system, Areas for development: - Make sure to provide appropriate tone, intonation, emotions and pause/timing while discussing. This will bring out students” interest to listen ~ Make your activities more “GROUP-BASED”. Provide opportunities for them to collaborate with their partners or groupmates. ~ Move around, this can be a form of calling students” attention ~ Think-Pair-Share before calling students at random to answer your questions = Since, students are not yet well-versed with leters, I suggest you show them real objects and | pictures first before you ask them to give their own examples that start with Letter T ~ Give tie to recognize dents who have responded o your questions comely. ~ Always keep in mind ENACTIVE-ICONIC-SYMBOLIC = Provide thinking time - Use appropriate classroom management strategies to calm students down Focus for next lesson: - Please be guided accordingly from the above-mentioned areas for development. 84 BH
