However, keep in mind that if students are starting to lose their interest, focus and attention despite of repetitive using of the behavior ‘management strategy, it’s means either you modify the strategy or they're getting bored of the lesson (especially you spent a long time for the discussion) - L appreciate that you know your students by their names. - You have given emphasis on the reward-negative reinforcement system, Areas for development: - Make sure to provide appropriate tone, intonation, emotions and pause/timing while discussing. This will bring out students” interest to listen ~ Make your activities more “GROUP-BASED”.
