Description of Problem
A supply closet door is jammed, presumably from the inside, reason unknown
to what have cause the jam. John was able to unlock the door open for about 2
inches. Someone in the department tried to see what cause the jamming but
was not able to, because the light switch is located inside the closet. The
department runs out of printing paper and the supply cart was empty. Someone
tried to get more paper from the supply closet, that when the issues were
discovered. The department must get paper from MarCom for the time being.
However, MarCom have a separate cost center code for supplies.
After hours of trying to get the door open. Brad discovered that pile of unbalanced piles of
equipment and boxes have fallen, blocking the doorway. Brad was able to open the door by
sending one of his small workers to crawled in the closet through an adjacent conference room.
