It is known to all that studious and efficient employees are an important asset for any
organization and contribute very much towards the growth of that organization. We are lucky
enough to have a large number of such employees. You are also one of them.

As all of us know that due the deflation and slump in economy the financial matters are
getting worse causing this organization in financial crunch and this situation is even getting
worse day by day. Due to these worst market and economic conditions and financial crunch the
company is becomming unable to pay even wages and salaries to its employee. Even the salaries
of management/ directors/officers have been reduced to initial stage. But this organization needs
some unwanted decisions which incdudes the closing of business in many branches and this
(your) branch is also one of them.

Therefore with heavy heart we are informing you that your services are not required and
has been suspended from the close of this month. However in future as the situation gets better
the company will try to restart its all operations.
