years of experience in the customer service industry. Goal driven with ability to assist

● Provided basic care and handling of dogs, cats, chickens, rats, hamsters, mice, and
rabbits.
● Restrained and drew blood on dogs’ jugular, cephalic, and saphenous veins, and placed
cephalic IV catheters.
● Preformed blood typing for dogs using in-house agglutination card.
● Preformed dental cleaning, dental x-rays, and endotracheal tube placement on model
dog head.

shaving, cystocentesis, blood draw, ultrasound, and radiographs.

and preparation of vaccines according to patient’s vaccination history.

using Doppler and Pulse Ox, and completed drug logs for controlled substances.
● Recorded, prepared, and presented surgical procedure and aftercare instructions to
clients regarding the treatment of their animal during: surgery, sedated exam, blood
glucose curve, sedated lion shave, urinalysis, or bite wound.

procedures, food orders, prescription refills, post-surgery updates, and general cat care.
● Used knowledge of veterinary medicine to determine what phone case was an

if there were no available appointments.
