The talent/model certifies he (she) has not been taken as a theme in the 1 previous year for campaigns, products or similar
companies, competitors of the company endorsed by the present contract and aired on territories on which this contract
applies.

The durations are understood to be for each support starting from the first utilization on the specific support.

The payments for each support and usage period are owed only in case of effective utilization on the support and the usage
period.

The payment will be effective only if the talent/model is included in the final cut of the film and if he his recognizable (ie if
his/her face is featured fullface, ¾ or profile).

The amounts indicated will be invoiced by the model/talent agency and includes all taxes/social welfare taxes resulting from
the talent/model status.

The model/talent authorises ex gratia for a duration of 5 years as of the first airing and worldwide, any usage for internal
communication, professional communication, PR, journalistic information and cultural usage.
