From this project I learned that I have a very irregularly eating habits. I don’t eat regular
healthy food for my daily meals. Also, I realize Chipotle is not healthy as their advisements.
Another thing, I should start cook my own food. Home cooked food really has less calories and
they are full of nutrients. Three goals that I would like to set for myself are I want to cook more
home meals. I would like to add more fruit into my daily diet. I notice from the recorded seven
days, I only ate fruit 2 times. For my breakfast, I would like to add more solid food. I also want
to change my sleeping habits. I often slept late and wake up late. Therefore, I don’t have a lot
time to myself to have a decent breakfast. I usually buy the pre-package soy milk and drink
them on my way to work. So, for the future, I want to wake up a little bit early so that I can
cook a breakfast like the above table that includes eggs and toast. I want to set a fourth goals
and that is drink more water. I realize in the past week, I only drink about 4 bottles of water. I
am definitely dehydrated. I will try to drink 4 bottles water per day. I think those goals can
