Description:

Well Care’s Clinical Services team uses an Enterprise Medical Management Application (EMMA), a
proprietary platform owned by Assure Care (formerly CH Mack, Inc.), that has exceeded its technical
and performance capacity to support critical functionality required for post health care reform
initiatives and new business growth opportunities or retention of current contracts. As a result,
several markets and lines of business have created manual processes and/or homegrown applications
or contracted with external, non-integrated software vendors to support evolving business needs.

Description:
Product Transfer is a PEGA PRPC Application. Product transfer application is used to transfer
core card types from MAG cards to DI Cards. The Product Transfer flow starts by accepting the card
number which will fetch the Information of the customer from system (MFS).Before Product transfer
flow starts there are few condition are checked.
Basically the Product Transfer application is to transfer/upgrade the current card to other
available cards in TD bank and also takes care of the mode of delivery of the card. Where in agents
would take up the request from card holders and proceed with transferring the cards.

Responsibilities:
 Implemented user interfaces using Sections, Harness and HTML stream rules.
 Having knowledge on security rules.
 Worked on Agents.
 Worked on user Interface rules, reports, decision, Declarative rules and activities.
 Used RDB Methods and OBJ Methods to retrieve data from database like Pega Rules Database and
reference relational database.
 Fixing the defects raised by QA Team.
