To,

Respected Mamlatdar Phonda

Goa, India.

Management Committee Mangeshi
Goa, India.

Dear Sir,

This email is a continuation of the issues referred to your office on

06-Feb-2018 as a follow-up (please find the trail email below) which was sent to both your good
offices.

We have not received any official reply, call or intimation yet from the temple Committee.  The only acknowledgement
we have, is the received stamp of the temple on the face of the petition which was hand delivered to temple office
apart from service done through other channels.

However we have been informed informally by some mahajans (sources who were present) that the temple
committee had  conducted an AGM on 18th Feb 2018, and our petition was discussed amongst a small quorum which
was present, as an agenda item.

Therefore following questions automatically arise -

1. Is the committee interested and sensitive enough to put a reply on record to the collective petition made my a huge
number of aggrieved mahajans ?

2. Is the committee serious to provide a small representative team an opportunity to meet in person and try to resolve
the issues faced and provide a written resolution  on issues discussed on terms of the communication sent ?

3. We hope that the committee will act responsible and not force such a large and aggrieved and diverse group , to
seek alternative remedies, to an amicable resolution of the issues on hand ?

So to conclude, we request the mamlatdar office to ensure that the committee , which is bound to answer our
greviances and provide resolutions in time within the operational framework devastan of regulation.

These issues have to be resolved on priority and visible deliberate delays , with a hope that the matter will trivialize
after passing of time is a gross, misconception.

Regards,

For Mangeshi che Mahajans.

Dear Sir,

Our greetings to you, and sinscire thanks for providing us a opportunity to place before you collective
greviances of approximately 200 to 300 people , complied in a simple letter/ petition format.

The petition had been emailed to the temple's official email since, Date: Jan 17, 2018 10:39 PM
and also handed over to the office bearers by hand and intimation for the same had been communicated on all
official mobile numbers  of the committee in SMS format. (All delivered)

Apart from the stamped acknowledgement, we regret to inform you that the temple committee has not responded
to us in a reasonable time frame, about its intentions. It prima facie appears that they are either
indifferent/insensitive to the greviances and experiences stated or have internalised the misconception that they
are not accountable to anyone.

A simple communication that we will get back to you , has also not been received, which itself is adequate to
assume their arrogance and highhanded demenour, unless they prove us wrong.

The physical prints of the letter were handed over to your good office on 2/2/2018 by our group representative, for
your perusal and escalation (only after waiting  a little over 2 weeks) we also have subsequently informed your
good office on phone and requested your intervention for their prompt reply and immediate corrective actions.

The suggestions, greviances and experiences of 300 people are complied in this representation made and it
deserves immidiate priority and corrective administrative action.

The group has no intentions of maligning the gardeaur and reputation of the temple, and our rich GSB culture and
tradition.  However we are extremely disappointed and appalled with the arbitary, unfair, illegal discrimination and
harrassment against follow members. The brash behaviour and wielding of unaccontable power and lack of
transparency by some office bearers, for which a volume of circumstantial and documentary evidence, exists as on
date and can be relied on.

Please find attached the digital copies of the petition and marathi explanation below and also proof of the email
written to them for which, we still await a formal reply .

You can observe that even this email is sent to their official id as a copy, so that they can act in more sensitive and
responsive manner.

The Jt. Mamlatdar for devasthan affairs has been constantly been appraised of the developments and has been
kind enough to give a patient hearing, hence copied on the email.

Thanks and regards,

For,

Mangeshache Mahajan
