Deferred component will be paid six monthly, on April 01 and October 01. Please note that to be eligible for
payment of deferred component for a given period; you need to be on the rolls of the Company as on the last
date of the period under consideration and not be under the notice period.

The terms and conditions as mentioned in your Appointment Letter apply. You will be governed by the HR
policies mentioned on the company intranet (called the “wiki”). The company would revise the HR policies
periodically to meet the company objectives. While in employment with the company, you agree to accept
and adhere to the HR policies mentioned on the company intranet.
