Lunar Planning
INTRODUCTION
HelloLovely!
This planner is meant to serve as a simple starting point to using the cycles of the
moon to help plan your life and business. There are many ways to make this more
specific for you, such as using professional astrological charts and guidance. But as
an entrepreneur and intuitive astrologer myself, my main interest in creating this
planner was to make it simple and easy so that anyone can use it, no matter how
new or experienced. So that you can gain momentum and direction in planning for
the inevitable ebbs and flows experienced in your life and biz on a daily and
monthly basis.

The information contained within these pages has been the result a life-long interest
in the study of astrology, personal experience in working with these cycles myself,
as well as the first-hand experience from clients around the world. This planner is a
more than a just planner, it’s a complete Lunar-Planning System. Throughout this
book I will share with you a simple repeatable system that will allow you to work
with the lunar phases with ease, even if you have little to no understanding or expe-
rience of Astrology. One so simple that you don’t need to spend the next 25 years
of your life studying various Astrological texts. On the following pages you will find
a series of ‘cheat sheets’ which can be scanned for quick insight through this

planner.
Happy Planning!

9
PHASE 1 - DAY 1-3.5
Renewal New Projects Cleansing
Birthing Planting Seeds Washing Away
The Void, The Beginning, The Source of All Creation and
Pure Potential. This period marks the beginning of the lunation cycle.

PERIOD BEST FOR: Setting intentions, Making plans, Meditation, Rest, Slow Integration, Journaling,
Vision Boarding, Taking Initial Action on new goals, Transitions, Kicking Old Habits & Setting New
Ones, New Business Partnerships, New Relationships.
Energy: Inward (low) — The first phase of the lunar cycle is the seed state and involves: conserv-
ing energy, clarifying and breaking down your next steps, assessing what resources, materials, and
people you will need to reach your goals.
Feelings: Introversion, uncertainty, a pull to re-evaluate your course and set your intention.
Actions: Vision boards, intention setting, sleep, re-evaluating your schedule, meditation, journaling,
self-care, mindset work, asking the question: “What do I desire?”

PHASE 2 - DAY 3.5-7

Manifestation Action Breakthrough
Momentum Growth Overcoming
The crescent moon stage is crucial to the success of the entire cycle. You
may experience a conflict of emotions and energy occurring simultaneously.

PERIOD BEST FOR: Learning new skills, clarity around big vision, setting more concrete goals, pro-
ductivity, and systems, assessing energy and vision, getting people and resources in place to make
your goals happen.
Energy: Active and Increasing — A focus on being open, receptive, and deliberating. This is a period
of receiving new information, being open to receiving new insights, knowing that you don’t have all
of the answers yet but you are feeling ready to commit yourself to a new direction.
Feelings: laziness or inertia (focus on small forward momentum), the need to set healthy boundaries.
Actions: Map out and break your goals down into smaller tasks, take consistent action on these
goals daily. Connect with those who you will need to help you succeed in your goals.

12
PHASE 3 - DAY 7-11.5
Organization Mindset Systems
Resistance Inertia Inquiry
Forming your clear plan within 36 hours of the First Quarter moon
increases the likelihood of achieving your outcome substantially.

PERIOD BEST FOR: Action, solidifying your plan, breaking down tasks and completing them, find-
ing your own structure and system to move forward, letting go of needing for approval, learning new
skills and improving and systemizing what you have already begun to create.
Energy: Strongly Active — Equally Introverted (equal balance of light/dark)
Feelings: Your feelings at this period will be best honored through action, and full expression. It will
be a period of doing what FEELS right for you.
Actions: Focus your energy on creating a productive routine and establishing the necessary resourc-
es and structure required to meet your end goal. Mindset work to clear away old belief systems and
fears that no longer serve you. Share your goals only with others who will support you.

PHASE 4 - DAY 11.5-15

Implementation Judgement Action
Balance Release Vision
The energy and momentum are peaking. Emotions will run high during
this phase, but so will the energy you are experiencing.

PERIOD BEST FOR: Action, Productivity and implementation, new skills and tools, re-organization,
new methods, reviewing vision board and goals, taking action in a big way, full commitment, deep-
ening mindset work, re-assessing goals including big vision as well as small tasks to get you there.
Energy: Very Active, minor low energy bursts — You will feel compelled to take action consistently.
There will be a delicate balance between honoring your feelings; using them as tools to help you
tune into which direction to go and taking consistent action without letting fears block you.
Feelings: Receptivity, confidence, optimism (or pessimism with a new drive to improve), excitement.
Actions: Refine your processes and systems, re-evaluate where you are putting your energy, be sure
to balance rest and action so as to not burn yourself out. Stay steadfast to your goals.

13
PHASE 5 - DAY 15-18.5
Abundance Failure Fulfillment
Relationships Success Analyzing
This is a period of pre-celebration - the buds have begun to appear,
and there are great feelings of expectation of the flowering of your goals.

PERIOD BEST FOR: Getting feedback (from like-minded supportive sources), celebrating your wins
(no matter how small), re-assessing your vision and focus, mindset work, continuing to work on your
remaining tasks.
Energy: Strong Action — The primal energies of this phase are based upon awareness, co-operation,
sharing information and assessment. The celebrations of this stage come two-fold - your goals being
realized or nearing completion, as well as a period of being painfully aware of any failures.
Feelings: Accomplishment, overwhelm, introspection, re-envisioning & re-aligning with your path.
Actions: Seeking deeper meaning in your work and goals. Analyzing your successes and failures
(and recognizing that no failure is permanent). Releasing all that is no longer serving you.

PHASE 6 - DAY 18.5-22.5

Teaching Partnership Understanding
Feedback Celebration Expression
This is the initial blossoming of what has been envisioned. The clarity
that came through the full moon moves it into a period of dissemination.

PERIOD BEST FOR: Sharing what you’ve learned, helping others, continuing your focus on wrap-
ping up your goals and the actions needed to do so within the next week. A great time for advertis-
ing and putting yourself out there, letting the world know what you’ve been doing.
Energy: Balanced (active +passive) — Beginning to decrease/go inward. This is a period of transfor-
mation and distribution. The energy needs to be moved and shared. Feelings, emotions, and realiza-
tions will play a big part in this period and will be especially connected to expression.
Feelings: Potential feelings of social, commercial or artistic scrutiny. A need to prepare for next cycle.
Actions: Connect with others and share your wisdom, create or finalize any partnerships, continue
to take remaining actions towards materializing your goals, let go of what is no longer serving you.

14
PHASE 7 - DAY 22.5-26
Challenge Community Significance
Impact Purpose Belonging
The beginning of the harvest phase of the cycle. The energy will feel
significant, and introverted - with much inquiry around purpose and fulfillment.

PERIOD BEST FOR: Re-Orientation, Completion, Listening to your inner voice, breaking away from
conservative structure, taking responsibility for remaining tasks, EFT, Mindset, Emotional Clearing.
Energy: Active + Responsible, Remaining push of energy moving towards Decreasing/Inward —
There will be a deeper inquiry and seeking of meaning on a grand scale.
Feelings: The desire to know that you are a part of the greater community, feelings of belonging and
needing to be of service as well as areas of unfulfillment will present themselves directly.
Actions: Looking at your relationships and treatment of others and creating change around this,
releasing old patterns and attachments or goals that don’t support your bigger vision, assessing the
greater meaning of your successes and failures and the impact that your goals have on the whole.

PHASE 8 - DAY 26-29.5

Receptivity Death Releasing
Integration Introspection Clarity
This is the winter period of the cycle - all that has not been used, or
fully realized decomposes and reseeds itself to become part of the next cycle.

PERIOD BEST FOR: Releasing and letting go of the past, turning inwards, quiet solitude, honoring
the work you’ve done and what you want to do differently, journaling, dreamwork, acts of self-care,
meditation, a trip away.
Energy: Low (inward) — Being the final stage it serves as a full integration of all experiences includ-
ing successes, failures and the impact and meaning of your work on a grand scale. There will be a
significant shift to introspection and full integration of all that you have realized and accomplished.
Feelings: Contemplation, mourning, loss, withdrawal, detachment.
Actions: Wrap up any remaining tasks that need to be completed to close out this cycle, set your
goals and plans for next cycle, release all that no longer serves you, rest when needed.

The 8 Lunar Phases of Business ™
Below we can see how the 8 Lunar Phases can easily be applied and worked with
in a business sense.

On the following pages we will dive into how to work through these phases and
combine them with the lunar elements to help us become more productive and
batch our tasks by the moon. To find out how to do this more in depth, please check
out the upcoming Moonsight Planning System paperback. Details can be found at

Understanding The Lunar Zodiac
4 ELEMENTS AS TASK MASTERS

The Moon is the fastest moving and closest celestial body, and as such we notice
it’s changes more frequently and significantly than any other planetary influence -
because it alters our world on a daily basis. Its power is that it gives us a profound
insight into understanding ourselves and the relationships to all that is around us.
When we work with this energy and utilize its gifts to tune in and understand the un-
dercurrent of emotions and fluctuating energy levels that influence us (and as a result
our clients, work, and finances) daily, we no longer resist our ever-changing inner
environment.

The moon not only changes phases through its 28-day cycle, it also moves through
all 12 zodiac signs, spending time in each for approximately 2-2.5 days every single
lunar month.

As entrepreneurs, sensitives and those dedicated to personal growth we are pro-

foundly aware of how much our mood and as a result, our changing emotions, men-
tal and energy levels can alter our ability to feel fulfilled, creative, take the leaps
we desire and grow our businesses and bank accounts. Tuning in with these subtle
changes will help you work with the prevailing mood and energy on a daily basis,
instead of being caught off guard by it.

HOW TO USE THE LUNAR PHASES + THE LUNAR ZODIAC

ELEMENTS TOGETHER

I have been asked what the differences are between the lunar phases and the lunar
zodiac elements. I have found by personally working within these cycles that the full
lunar cycle and thus the 8 lunar phases can be best explained as the container in
which we create, or the overall theme that we are working within, and the lunar ele-
ments are the tasks and actions that are best suited for us on any particular day. If we
were to compare it to training for a marathon the lunar phases would be the prep,
18
or beginning stretches, or the start, middle, end or pause (in the case of a long-term
project) as well as the lessons or messages available to us with each lap - to help
us know how to pace our energy. The lunar elements would be the best-supported
tasks we need to master or commit to in order to achieve the level of excellence
that we desire for ourselves. What’s great about these task-specific periods is that
they tend to last two to two-and-a-half days at most, which if you think about it also
happens to coincide with our bursts of productivity. When we follow this flow, we,
as a result, will always know what tasks are most aligned and when, and how to
make the best use of our time to reach our big and small goals.

MOON + THE ELEMENTS

As always, with astrology, we can take this as deep and complex or as light and
simple as we wish. For the sake of making this information digestible and usable to
you immediately we will narrow down the energy of these 12 zodiac signs into 4
elements - Earth, Air, Water & Fire. This will allow you to recognize the general
energetic and emotional qualities present and being brought to the surface as the
moon transits these signs. By knowing the element the moon is in, we can begin
batching our tasks by the moon’s energy.

This works incredibly well because we are in the right place emotionally, energeti-
cally, and mentally to take on and complete these tasks with a relative amount of
ease. It’s like tuning into the frequency of the moon, and then allowing it to animate
our movements, the more we do this, the easier our work will feel and the more
productive and focused we become.

In the planner I have included both the element and zodiac signs on the monthly
and weekly calendar spreads to help you plan your tasks by the moon.

On the following pages, you will find the benefits/properties/uses and characteris-
tics of each of these four elemental moons so that you can get a better idea of how
to leverage each of these moons in your work and personal life.

19
ARIES ~ SAGITTARIUS ~ LEO
Action • Impulsiveness • Initiation
Passion • Launching • Announcements
Fire element moons are very active. They are perfect for launching new prod-
ucts and services, passion (in business and personal life), being physically
active, brainstorming sessions, and generating excitement.

What to watch out for: Fire moons tend to often be very impulsive periods - it is important around these
fired-up influences that we give ourselves a moment to pause and weigh the outcome of our actions. There
can be a real thrill in taking immediate action especially if you’ve felt stuck or confused , which is a great as-
pect of these moons, but equally we have to be aware of the outcome of these impulsive actions - ‘Will this
lead me in the direction I want to be moving?’ Can I share this, without being hurtful?’
What to use this moon for: This is a great period for utilizing physical exercise to amplify your well being.
Working out will help to move some of the pent-up energy and focus it. Som other uses of this energy are
to re-arrange your furniture/space, declutter, do a massive clean or just get things in order. Direct communi-
cation during this period is powerful - ask for exactly what you want. The work that you create around this
period has the potential to create a movement (rallies, viral support) and to gain a strong following.

TAURUS ~ CAPRICORN ~ VIRGO

Detail-Oriented • Jealous • Consistent
Materialistic • Finances • Judgemental
Earth element moons are excellent periods for smaller detail-oriented work,
improving systems and functionality of your business. Especially useful for
tasks that are repetitive, tedious or requiring consistent concentration.

What to watch out for: Because the energy around Earth moons tends to move slower and be more highly
critical it is important to watch out for comparison-itis, jealousy, bossiness, stubbornness and indulging. There
is a higher inclination towards materialism during an Earth moon, so it is important to be very watchful of
overspending and monitor the outcome you wish to gain through your purchases and investments. Anxiety,
self-criticism, and judgment can come up strongly through this period.
What to use this moon for: Use this moon to create your website, sales pages, business cards, physical
tangible marketing materials, bookkeeping, taxes or for sending off and signing contracts (unless the moon
is void of course or mercury is retrograde). It is an excellent period for marketing or launching something
that involves a lot of details, or teaching material that is highly detail-oriented (during a webinar, training, or
class). Your audience will be a lot more receptive to receiving those details and processing them.

20
GEMINI ~ AQUARIUS ~ LIBRA
Communication • Restlessness • Networking
Disconnection • Research • Assimilation
Air moons are best for communication, brainstorming, research, holding
classes and workshops (where networking or brand awareness is the goal).
Concentration on deeper subjects or emotions tends to be more difficult.

What to watch out for: This is not a period to commit to anything (especially contracts) as everything will
feel like it is still in process or forming. Due to a short attention span it is important to not schedule things
during this period that will require intense focus. Air moons tend to promote gossip and low impulse control
- so monitor your words. Our thinking during this period can tend to be shallow or focused on drama rather
than substance. As well you will likely feel pulled in many directions without getting much ‘done’.
What to use this moon for: It is an excellent period for promoting yourself and being able to communicate
what you do, and who you serve. You will feel more inclined to want to talk with others, have more social
conversations (think interviews, podcasts, PR) as well as posts on social media where engagement is the goal,
especially through asking thought-provoking questions and building community.

PISCES ~ SCORPIO ~ CANCER

Emotional • Boundaries • Triggered
Intuition • Self-Care • Inconsistency
Water Moons in business can be the periods where we think we’ve lost our
mojo. These moons put us in direct experience with our emotions and un-
conscious belief systems (mindset blocks).

What to watch out for: Crankiness, neediness, over or under-nourishing ourselves, co-dependency and not
honoring the boundaries of others, jealousy or possessiveness, obsessiveness (especially over work), isolation,
sarcasm/snappy comebacks, emotional manipulation - guilt tripping, daydreaming and self-pity.
What to use this moon for: Self-care and nourishing ourselves, meditation, journaling, vision boarding,
reading, mind-mapping, praying, using your intuition (or intuitive tools), therapy, baths, long walks, nurturing
yourself + others, yoga, massage, cooking (and eating a comforting meal), using or smelling of essential oils
and lotions, clearing your space, or anything else that helps you to create space.

Retrogrades
INTRODUCTION
Often the reason we are familiar with retrogrades is because of the bad rap they re-
cieve. In the business world the most famous is Mercury Retrograde which also hap-
pens to be the most frequent, occurring 3 times a year. The term retrograde is some-
what deceiving as the planets don’t actually move backward. A retrograde is when a
planet appears to be going backward relative to us here on Earth, due to its elliptical
orbit.

Astrologically these periods are seen as times when the planet’s energy and influence
become more internalized or inwardly oriented, rather than externally directed.
These are often periods when we feel drawn to review our lives, reflect, rethink our
direction, systems, practices, relationships and more. When the planet turns direct we
are then able to move forward with a new understanding and perspective (and hope-
fully having addressed any problem areas in our lives that were highlighted during
the retrograde).

The movement of a retrograde, using Mercury Retrograde as an example could be

described best by looking at the diagram below:

On the following pages I will explain the direction and influence of all 8 Retrogrades
in our lives and businesses.
25
MERCURY RETROGRADE
Mercury rules communication in all forms,
especially technology, thinking, organization, and systems.
How to best use this period: Use this period to improve your systems,
technology, funnels, email sequences, client intake processes, etc
Don’t know what needs to be improved? Mercury retrograde tends to
halt whatever needs your attention so it becomes simple to figure out.
What to watch out for: Plans going awry, equipment and software
breaking down. Don’t sign contracts or agreements of any kind during
Mercury Retrograde. Other areas to watch out for are booking trips,
buying equipment or large purchases.

JUPITER RETROGRADE
Jupiter rules luck, fortune, growth, prosperity,
generosity, wisdom and expansion.
How to best use this period: Embrace the slow down of this period, if
you aren’t getting what you are actively focusing on manifesting quick-
ly, know that it’s on it’s way to you - even if it doesn’t look like how you
think it will (it’s for the best). Re-ignite an old business project.
What to watch out for: It is best to not start new projects during a ret-
rograde, whatever you’re working on may mean more trial and error to
improve it, or tweaking, its progress will continue but more slowly. This
is also not a period of forcing things to happen if it feels out of alignment.

NEPTUNE RETROGRADE
Neptune rules both sleeping and waking dreams, imagination,
fantasies, optimism and idealism (in life and romance).
How to best use this period: Review your opinions, values and belief
systems, listen to your gut. Work with the spiritual and mystical while
keeping yourself grounded. Dreams, yoga, meditation, astrology, tarot,
etc. can be very healing when coupled with deep inquiry.
What to watch out for: You may feel more inclined to see things as
you want to see them, rather than how they are.Unrealisticness in our
goals, business, and relationships (current or desired). Watch out
for superficial spirituality at the cost of your own inner knowing.

SATURN RETROGRADE
Saturn rules responsibility, tenacity, allegiance, limits, obligation,
social expectations, building foundations and a stable future.
How to best use this period: Saturn retrograde gives us the benefit of
hindsight so that we can slow down and regroup. Saturn represents
purpose, direction, and themes of karma and destiny. We will question
whether our lives are living up to what we want for ourselves.
What to watch out for: Don’t take shortcuts during Saturn retrograde
or you may find yourself having to repeat the work, and fall behind.
Monitor your inner critic and try not to place too much pressure or
expectations on yourself during this period.
26
MARS RETROGRADE
Mars rules strong emotions, sexual desire, war,
disagreements, competitiveness and action.
How to best use this period: Focus on learning how to navigate and
communicate clearly through conflict and pressure. Release grudges,
slow down and respond with presence. Tap into your courage to ex-
press your emotions or confront something you’ve been avoiding.
What to watch out for: Projects started in a Mars Retrograde will tend
to get mixed up or not progress as planned. Things you have repressed,
averted, or neglected could come to the surface now to be addressed.
It can mean directed anger towards yourself or lack of self-trust.

URANUS RETROGRADE
Uranus rules rebellion, war, revolution, change, freedom,
confronting fear, speaking our truth. It’s the great awakener.
How to best use this period: This retrograde highlights what doesn’t
feel aligned and where you’re sabotaging and holding yourself back. Be
honest about who you are, and what you want. Go with your hunches/
intuition. Uranus helps to clarify new direction.
What to watch out for: Following formulas, systems and the ‘norm’
will feel difficult right now. Systems in business, society, politics and
finances tend to feel suffocating during this time. This is a time to forge
your own path. Expect revisions in your projects.

VENUS RETROGRADE
Venus rules emotions and relationships,
especially love and money.
How to best use this period: Reflect on your relationships and mate-
rial goals. Healing relationship issues or blocks to love, and closure to
old relationship wounds. Evaluate your wants and needs in terms of
relationships and money, Are your needs being met? Are you fulfilled?
What to watch out for: Loneliness, raw emotions, frustration and past
memories. Old flames or relationships (family/friends) that you’ve lost
touch with may try to reconnect. Repressed emotions, misdirected an-
ger and blame may surface. Breakups and soul-searching happens.

PLUTO RETROGRADE
Pluto rules our shadow side, deep-seated fears, limiting beliefs, the
unconscious, unpredictability, change, endings and beginnings.
How to best use this period: Embrace cleaning house both physically
and emotionally. Clearing your space, addressing things in your per-
sonal relationships and life that does not feel good to you anymore.
Cleanse or detox, start that new healthy diet or lifestyle.
What to watch out for: Our dark side and deepest fears will be trig-
gered during this period to show us what is at work and why. Pluto
tends to enact change in our lives whether we like it or not. If there are
areas we have avoided or resisted Pluto addresses them head-on.
27
Solar + Lunar Eclipses
INTRODUCTION

Eclipses are agents of change, they bring the unexpected, and encourage us to jump
into action and be a part of the change that is at work.

Both solar and lunar eclipses disorient and disrupt us from our normal habits of behav-
ior, which makes them excellent catalysts for new change, breaking old patterns and
shifting stuck dynamics.

How to use these periods: Embrace the changes that are set in motion by the eclipse.
Resistance to the gifts and perspectives being revealed to us during an eclipse can be
quite painful and can prolong the swift clearing action that eclipses support. It is a full
house clearing, whether internal or external. It is best to wait a week or more after an
eclipse to take any drastic action on any areas that became clear. This will allow the
dust to settle and to ensure that you are making what feels like a clear step forward.

What to watch out for: Eclipses can turn things upside down or bring about resolution,
although sometimes painful, or abrupt. Depending on the eclipse (lunar or solar) and
what sign it appears in (and personal influences in your chart), will determine what
areas of our lives (internal or external) that we feel the most impact.

Eclipses signify both beginnings and endings in the areas (zodiac/houses) in which they
fall.
30
SOLAR ECLIPSES
A solar eclipse occurs when the moon is directly between the earth and the sun, in
astrological terms this is referred to as a conjunction between the sun and the moon.
When this happens the moon temporarily blocks out the light of the sun. With solar
eclipses, the impact is felt most in external events that influence change in our lives
(depending on the sign and house they fall under).

Solar eclipses draw our attention to what is directly in front of us, even if it’s something
that has been too close for us to see. We can count on these potent periods to highlight
and help us to open or shift our perspectives by removing what feels familiar and com-
fortable. While this is temporary it often is enough to help jar us awake to the areas in
our lives that are in need of an overhaul.

These periods are windows of major growth, so while it may feel like we’re not at the
steering wheel as the changes occur, they are beneficial for our long-term growth and
happiness.

LUNAR ECLIPSES
A lunar eclipse occurs when the earth is exactly between the sun and the moon, the
astrological term for this is an opposition between the sun and the moon. From our
perspective here on earth it appears to us as the full moon changing various shades of
red.

Astrologically speaking, lunar eclipses are windows into our shadow selves. Solar
eclipses impact us externally, while lunar eclipses trigger inner and emotional events
(depending on the sign and house they fall under). Total lunar eclipses energetically
draw us to reset our emotions and clear away any emotional baggage from the previ-
ous 6 months.

Given that we are often resisting these parts of ourselves we may not like what is re-
vealed to us during these periods. But the gift in these events occur when we make
peace with these aspects of ourselves, notice where our opportunities for growth lie,
and heal intense emotions such as fear, jealousy, rage, and anger. By opening ourselves
to these realizations they no longer run the show, and can then shift into assets, lever-
aging our ability for fulfillment, self-realization, and happiness.

31
Declutter Illusion

Routine Interruption

Spirituality Invisibility

As we know the moon moves through all 12 Zodiac signs throughout an entire lunar
cycle (28 days). During this transition between these signs, there are ‘between’ periods
when it isn’t making any major aspects (interaction with other planets) as it moves from
one sign to another. This in-between period is called Void Of Course (VOC).
The moon is considered ‘void of course’ once it leaves the last major aspect (planetary
interaction) and until it enters the next sign. These periods can last anywhere from a few
minutes or hours, or even on the rare occasion - days.

There are many theories around VOC moons and they are often given a negative rap
However I feel that if we use these moons appropriately, like any other form of lunar
planning we can actually benefit during these periods.

How I view these periods: Because the moon is a mirror and it reflects whatever it is
passing through, when it isn’t making any major aspect (isn’t reflecting anything) it can
feel like a quiet period. These moments are the perfect opportunity for us to not be
wavered by influence and tune into what we want and how we feel. Leveraging these
periods to tune into ourselves and our inner world, rather than the external.

How to best use these periods:

- Embrace your spirituality - yoga, meditation or individual spiritual practice will feel
more aligned for you right now.
- Declutter your space, organize areas of your life or business that feel ‘out of sorts’.
- Embrace your routine, let go of the need to start a new project right now.
- Rest/catch up on sleep.
- Plan, make to-do lists, review your goals, adjust your sails.
- Socialize, network, re-connect with those in your personal and business circle.

What to watch out for during these periods:
- Do not start any big or important projects or launches during a VOC moon.
- Avoid presentations/webinars/classes/workshops or job interviews during a VOC
moon.
- Posting important messages on social media, through emails or any other form of
announcements or ivideos aren’t recommended. Your engagement will likely be very
low if seen at all.
- Don’t start new projects for clients, or a new job during a VOC moon.
- Don’t expect plans you make during a VOC moon to turn out the way you expect.
- People or circumstances will not be as they appear during a VOC moon, so net-
working and first dates with new people - you’ll want to be mindful.
- Avoid large purchases during a VOC moon as they may not be used or turn out as
you expect them to.

In general, any activities or projects started during a VOC moon don’t tend to work
out the way you like, or will need big adjustment in order for them to become suc-
cessful. Energetically t will tend to lacking the momentum to propel them forward
and get them seen by the right people.

How to Use The Planner
INTRODUCTION
After unsuccessfully trying many planners over the years, and feeling frustrated with
their lack of space, rigidity, and impracticalness I have often found myself going back
to regular lined notebooks. When creating this planner it was important to me to en-
sure that it not only contained all the information you need to help you successfully
and consistently plan with the cycles of the moon but to also have it meet the needs
of running a business and a life in a way that feels natural and intuitive.

I have tried to include not only the basics of the monthly lunar calendars, and weekly
planning pages but also lunar tracking wheels (to help you track and monitor your
emotional and mental rhythm throughout the lunar cycle), brain dump pages to give
you space to lay out all of your ideas and prioritize them, blank pages for mapping
out your funnels, launches, notes and latest inspirations, a 2-page 2019 vision board
spread as well as monthly goal setting and review pages.

In the following chapter I will share with you some of the best ways to make use of
the planner, however, please feel free to adjust this to meet your natural planning
style and bursts of creativity.

There’s no wrong-way to lunar plan :)

How to use the Vision Board
A Vision Board not only helps us to become clear about exactly what we want, but how we want to FEEL,
and to help us VISUALIZE and EMBODY it so that we can raise our vibration to receive it in our lives.

relationships you have, and what kind of income you’re earning. Describe where you live, and what it’s like
when you wake up and go through your day - as though it’s happened. Date it for a time in the future (your
deadline) and fold it and put it between these pages. Check back in 6-12 months to see what’s come to pass.

Lunar Energy Tracking
INTRODUCTION
Tracking our personal energy and emotions through the lunar cycle

The best way to utilize the potential of each moon cycle is to understand how it affects
you personally. While our unique astrological charts can fill in a lot of this information
for us, we don’t need to understand astrology to deepen our understanding of ourselves
and these natural ebbs and flows, we simply need to track it.

Tracking our energy throughout a lunar cycle is the fastest way to tune into our unique
rhythm, and to apply this knowledge to our life and business planning. First-hand expe-
rience has always been the best teacher.

Throughout each month of this lunar planner, I have included Lunar Tracking Charts di-
vided by moon phase, starting from the new moon and ending on the following month’s
new moon. I have found the best way to use these charts is to fill them in daily through
the use of color, words or symbols that reflect how you are feeling (content, resting,
happy, introverted, sad, frustrated, overwhelmed) along with your corresponding energy
level and mental space.

I invite you to choose colors, symbols, and words that resonate the most with you. There
is no right or wrong way in doing this, it can be as creative and as individual as you are.
Whether you choose colored pens, crayons, markers, or primarily words and symbols,
choose what feels right for you.

When we start tracking this information on a daily level, over the course of a few lunar
cycles we will notice a pattern erupt, and while you may think that you process and ex-
perience a certain lunar phase or element in one way, you may find that in fact, it works
differently for you. That is the gift of lunar planning, it is not only flexible, but it’s based
on YOUR relationship with the moon. If you are pre-menopausal you can also add sym-
bols in to represent your menstrual cycle so that you can understand more deeply how
your internal cycle impacts your energy and moods throughout the month.

Sacred Income + Abundance Tracking
INTRODUCTION
“We can’t grow what we don’t track.”

What is Sacred Income + Abundance Tracking? The premise behind this practice is that
what we track and focus on grows. Often in business we spend immense amounts of
time focusing on the tasks and strategy, and not on the purpose and outcome of what we
are working on. “Show me the money!” Basically, this is summed up simply by saying -
if you aren’t earning consistent and sustainable income in your business, then you don’t
have a business.

It can become easy to get overwhelmed with all of the tasks, and trying to master the
infinite aspects of running an online or offline business, but when we don’t put the
income generating tasks at the top of our mind, then we don’t tend to generate the in-
come we need. Sometimes looking at our money, especially if we aren’t yet generating
enough, or any, can feel intimidating or downright scary. We don’t like to be reminded
if things aren’t where we want them to be. But the truth is, that when we give as much
attention to tracking our income, as we do the other business tasks we see as a priority,
our income grows.

Even if you think, “well just looking at my income every day isn’t going to grow it”, I
encourage you to give it a try. A daily money practice builds confidence and trust in the
process. When we set what feels like lofty goals and have no real idea how it will come
about, we become a part of the manifestation process and naturally take action towards
reaching those goals. It’s kind of like magic, when you set your sight on a target, you are
more naturally guided to reach it. If I didn’t see it work time and time again, I probably
wouldn’t believe it for myself.

In the following pages, I have included several different types of income and expense
sheets. These are not to overwhelm you, they are there to show you the truth of your
current business, and to help you re-envision what a scalable, profitable business can
look like when you are focusing on high impact tasks.
46
Current Finances + Scalable Business Sheets
STEP 1

If you tend to avoid looking at the Then we create a second sheet which
numbers then this step will be really not only includes our current expens-
great for you. The first thing we look es (living and business) but also the
at when navigating our finances is expenses that will come with grow-
our current financial circumstances. ing our business to where we want
We get really honest about how it to be, including getting additional
much we’re spending and where, help and support (whether through
and if we are actually generating hiring a VA, investing in a functional
the income we need to meet that and branded website, investing in
baseline. Facebook ads or hiring a coach).

Most entrepreneurs or small businesses are operating at what I will call a survival
baseline, this is essentially the bottom line that we won’t let ourselves drop beneath.
Depending on what the running money beliefs are, this can look like just barely
making your rent and car payment, or having just enough for that and a little extra,
but not enough to hire out and scale your business to where you want it to be, or
maybe earning five figure months but still struggling to pay bills and create a sus-
tainable income.
47
If you’ve recognized your financial struggle in the previous pages, know that you’re
not alone. This baseline is where most entrepreneurs start out, the key is to not stay
there. If we aren’t aware of exactly how much we need, then it becomes challenging
to not only earn that amount of money but also have it become consistent, effortless,
and scalable.

This exercise is meant to help you get uncomfortable, and honest with your income
level and NEEDS so that you can break through it, and uncover what is keeping you
there. After you have filled in all the amounts on both pages, you can compare where
you are, to where you need to be to scale your business to a place of thriving, instead
of surviving.

That takes us to the second type of income and abundance tracking sheets.

Monthly Sacred Income Attraction

STEP 2
Now that we’ve gotten a clearer picture of where we stand financially and what we
actually need to grow, scale and thrive in our businesses we then start working with
this information on a daily and monthly level. (I’ve included a diagram on the
following pages.)

Note: This practice can be helpful for accounting purposes but that is not it’s inten-
tion (you should have other methods of tracking and accounting for your income for
bookkeeping and tax purposes). The intention behind these sheets is to help you
notice and step into the mindset of creating and attracting DAILY income, which
means DAILY tracking. Afterall finances are as much a need as food, water, and air
right? So shouldn’t we give them just as much attention?

This tends to be the second place where most people hesitate, especially if you
aren’t yet earning money or consistent income in your business, or you have mind-
set blocks around earning money or feeling capable. Because looking at something
daily that we may hesitate to look at all if possible, leads us to believe that it will
create stress and pressure to perform, or a stark reminder of where we are failing. But
the intention behind these sheets is to get into the habit of noticing income and abundance
in your daily life.
For normal accounting purposes you would usually keep your business and personal
expenses and income separate, but for these pages, it is important to combine it.
Why? So that you can notice abundance throughout all of your life, without compart-
mentalizing where it’s coming from.
48
Daily tracking = Daily Compounding
Success
When we have a list of not only our income goals, but our specific income
NEEDS, it helps us to make the connection as to WHY we need the money. There
is a difference between “a 10k month would be nice” and “I need 10k to meet
these specific needs”. As well when we do this we also are clearer about the goals
we are setting for our income and ways in which we can generate that money. This
doesn’t mean that you WILL generate the income in that way, but it opens your
mind to various ways to attract, and earn different forms of income.

James Altucher, entrepreneur and author of ‘Choose Yourself!’ has a great exer-
cise that he recommends to help you create a pattern of seeing opportunities and
abundance everywhere. He suggests create a daily practice of writing out 50 ways
you can generate income or business ideas. Now we know that you would never
actually implement all 50 of them but it keeps your mind in a place of looking for
abundance, seeing yourself as capable and that you have ever increasing opportu-
nities and potentials all around you. This practice is similar.

When we track our tasks, income, and goals all in one place we can see how what
we’re doing is connected to our outcomes.

The combination of tracking abundance and cash on a daily basis, allocating

where the money will go, specific amounts that you’d like to generate and some
ways that you’ll go about doing so creates a powerhouse of manifestation and
focused action. This sheet will also help you to track growth in your business
and ensure that your tasks are in alignment with your goals in other ways as well,
which I’ll share on the following page.

To take this work deeper:

I have a free 12-step process called The Sacred Mindset Map that I use
personally and with clients to help uncover unconscious belief systems that are
wreaking havoc on your happiness and pocketbook. You can download it at this

JANUARY 5-FEBRUARY 3
January 5, 2019 - New Moon & Partial Solar Eclipse In Capricorn

This moon will highlight our feelings of being ‘at the beginning’ again. You may feel like
you need to start over or you want to start fresh, with a willingness to let go of whatever
is no longer serving you or aligning with your vision. 2019 is a New Start for you, and
it is being kicked off with a Partial Solar Eclipse to help give us that extra spark to face
what is physically in our lives that doesn’t meet our need for purpose, significance, or
tangible success. Is there a part of your life, business, or relationships that need to be
released? Is there a part of you that needs to come to the forefront right now? Capricorn
is all about clarifying the long-term vision and putting the foundations in place to reach
your goals, with this being a new moon it may feel a little like your stumbling around in
the dark on where to start. An easy way to navigate this is to ask yourself what you don’t
want to do anymore, what feels heavy, what feels like it’s draining you? Cut it loose,
and focus on your long-term gain because what you begin now is going to be what will
take centerstage for 2019 and carry you into 2020. If you’ve been avoiding certain areas
of your life, business, or finances, or not being realistic about your time, and what you
need to invest, you may feel a bit of a sharp wake-up call now, say thank you for it, be-
cause it is freeing you up to not continue it into the new year.

January 20, 2019 - Full Super Moon, Lunar Eclipse In Leo

Hello Full Super Moon Lunar Eclipse in Leo

Follow up with a potent New Moon in Capricorn this Moon promises to hold noth-
ing back. Your passions will feel on top, and hard to ignore right now. You may feel a
bit impulsive and verbal about your needs and wants at this time. Be sure to channel
this energy into what you want to create, give to yourself what you need first, rather
than holding out some hope that others will figure it out. This is a time to claim what
is yours, to go for what you want, and not hold back those big dreams and vision. Leo
is fiery and passionate enough to not only know what it wants but to go straight for it.
Whatever clarity arises for you during this moon, be sure to take big action on it, and
set the pieces in motion. With this being a Lunar Eclipse, there can be some emotional
dominoes that fall around this moon, notice what is shifting in you, notice where you
60
are valuing yourself in relationships, and in your work, be honest about your bound-
aries, and where you might be giving a little too much, and not seeing a return of
your efforts and intentions. Leo can have a habit of taking things personally, but
know that what you see and realize around this time is not personal at all, it is in fact
systemic, and that by addressing your little corner of it and not making it about you
specifically you are creating a wave of healing that will wash through all areas of
your life. What will arise for you around this moon will be the sum of emotions, and
events that you haven’t fully released or healed 6 months prior.
