DEDICATION

Besides from our almighty God. We, the researchers, dedicate this project to

our loving Parents who supports us emotionally and financially despite of

sufferings and problems that they encounter. For their unconditional love, and

believe on our capability on pursuing our dreams. And most of all, teaches us to

trust our lord God. Our lord God says himself that to be successful on this life we

must love and respect our parents. Their love and believe are the “secret recipe” for

us to be able to finish this work.

 Introduction

On this project, the students were able to design water supply for 50

residencial subdivision. On designing water supply, there are many things to

consider. to make the design economical and useful for each residences. The length

and dimensions of each pipe affects the velocity and flow rate of the water going to

each residences. On this project, the students were able to design water supply

supported by computations they learned on their Hydraulics Suibject.

 Design of Tank

Assumptions : 300L per day for each residences

Required Volume of the Tank: 15m3

Target Volume of the Tank: 20m3

Shape of tank: Cylindrical tank

Diamter of the Tank : 3 meters

Height of the tank: 3 meters

Critical Path: .20 meters

Average height of residences: 7 meters

Required elevation of the tank: 4.2 meters
