1. Senior at Pinckney High School.
2. Wrestling program participant for at least two years, one as a Senior.
3. Grade point average of 2.5.
4. Planning to attend a college, university, trade school or technical school.

IV. REQUIREMENTS OF SUBMISSION

A. Complete SECTION V. ACHEIVEMENTS, AWARDS AND ASPIRATIOS in your own words.
Include any academic awards, extracurricular activities, sports participation, community
involvement, volunteer initiatives, etc. that you have been involved with while a student at
Pinckney High School. Also tell us how you will be applying these experiences to your
aspirations for the future. Please limit to one page.

B. Attach the following items to the completed application:

1. A copy of most recent transcripts.
2. A signed application package. A due date to be determined.

You can find a copy of the JACK DUNN SCHOLARSHIP FUND APPLICATION on the web site at
pinckneywrestling.com.
Scholarship application will be received and voted on by The Pinckney Wrestling Club Board
Members. The Board reserves the right to withhold scholarship if no applicants meet
requirements.

Pay out to scholarship recipient will be given upon receipt of a tuition bill by the Pinckney
Wrestling Club.
