P: Nurse, I think I might have a fever. It’s so cold in here and I can’t sleep last night.

P: Yes nurse.

N: (coming in the room) I’m back sorry you wait too long, here’s. now, I am going to
measure your tempetature using this thermometer. I need to place this under your
armpit.

P : Sure nurse

N : just keep it there for about 5 minutes.

P: what is my temperature nurse?

N: you’ve slight temperature. Your skin themperature is 38˚C. Then, I would like to
measure your blood pressure as well?

P: is there anything to worry about ?

N: No.. I just want to check your blood pleasure to know your condition. Would you
rooll your sleeve up, please?

P : ok nurse

N : Ok, your blood pressure is normal 120/70 mmHg. I will report this to your doctor
and please your much drink. So your themperatur will be fine soon.

P: Oke nurse thank you so much I’ll follow your recommendation to much drink.

N : I am going to check your respiration and count your pulse.

P : What is my respiration and my pulse nurse ?

N : Your respiration 20 x/menit and your pulse 70 x/menit. it is still in the normal. ok
